The Slaws are on their early summer holiday to France. They are staying in the Île de Ré, a stunning little island just off the coast of La Rochelle, in Flower Campings Les Ilates at Loix in Helga their Hobby motorhome @FlowercampingsFrance @HobbyCaravan
In this episode they make a 20 mile round trip to visit Le Phare (the lighthouse) at Saint Clement des Baleines. They pass sauniers working on the salt flats and there's plenty of doggy cam of Billy and Jessie in the dog trailer!
A long lazy lunch, followed by fun on the beach and a stop off on the way back to site at Ars en Ré.

Sardines looked amazing and good to see the dogs love a beach just like ours do. Lovely area at the lighthouse. Great trip loving watching it.

We go on holiday for 1 week and we’re loads of videos behind on the Slaws!! Loved this guys. You aren’t half healthy with all your cycling!! What a lovely place. The food looked amazing - sardine - good call! Loved the beach as did the doggos - nice droning. Is ‘do you want an icecream’ even a question - it’s not in our life! They looked great though. Poor Mrs S - hope you got better quickly. Cheers 🍻

How lovely is Ile de Re, we are fortunate to live about 2 hours away and visited just before the bank holiday, staying at the Flower campsite in La Flotte. We also had one of the luxury pitches and loved the extra facilities. I laughed at how very similar your Super U shop was, to most of ours. All the important things in life; wine and beer

We were there last year and climbed to the top of the lighthouse. We stayed in Les Portes en Ré. Absolutely loved the island - great for cycling
