Recipe- 1qt heavy whipping cream 1 bulb garlic (oil to cover) 1 1/2tsp salt Bake garlic and oil for 30-40min at 350F Whip heavy cream on low until soft peak forms then increase speed until buttermilk and butter seperate. Squeeze buttermilk out of butter then clean with ice cold water until water is clear. Add cooled confit to a sifter and crush it into the butter. Add salt and combine until everything is incorporated!
Garlic butter on an un cooked pizza crust , bake , then add pizza toppings . Its perfection for pizza ! I also just use the Leftover oil for the same thing . Or on top of homemade Bread .

You should ferment that cream with something active like a live yogurt or buttermilk, especially if you plan on using that buttermilk for something like chicken. Or else that's kinda just milk.
