Squeeze buttermilk out of butter then clean with ice cold water until water is clear. Add cooled confit to a sifter and crush it into the butter. Add salt and combine until everything is incorporated!
Garlic butter on an un cooked pizza crust , bake , then add pizza toppings . Its perfection for pizza ! I also just use the Leftover oil for the same thing . Or on top of homemade Bread .

You should ferment that cream with something active like a live yogurt or buttermilk, especially if you plan on using that buttermilk for something like chicken. Or else that's kinda just milk.
