I’m so used to the standard minecraft play style, like the “straight to potions and enchanting” type of rushing gameplay. Watching Luke build a house and a small society was pretty..... refreshing.

My biggest hardcore tip is quite literally to bring a bed with you at all times. You don't respawn. Breaking your bed doesn't matter. You can sleep in the middle of nowhere as soon as possible and bam, wake up keep exploring without worrying about making it back to your base in time.

Mike Drallop Yeah. There are like 3 Enchantments. With no Bookshelves you only get lvl 1 enchantments. With Bookshelves you get lvl 3 Enchantments which are better
Mike Drallop Yes. You need 15 bookshelves if you want to take full advantage of you enchanting table. Also make sure that there is a one block gap between the bookshelves and the enchanting table. You need 6 wood planks and 3 books (made using 3 paper which you get from sugarcane and 1 leather) The enchanting table is made using, 1 leather, 2 diamonds, and 4 obsidian. In total to make all 15 bookshelves, you need 90 wood planks and 45 books. (in order to make those books, you need 135 paper and 45 leather)

I started doing that without playing hardcore. It became a habit since I had my little brother joining my world often, and he always wanted to sleep.
It takes up space in your inventory so I suggest getting a shulker box with 3 or 4 beds in it just in case

Mike Drallop Yeah. There are like 3 Enchantments. With no Bookshelves you only get lvl 1 enchantments. With Bookshelves you get lvl 3 Enchantments which are better

Mike Drallop Yes. You need 15 bookshelves if you want to take full advantage of you enchanting table. Also make sure that there is a one block gap between the bookshelves and the enchanting table. You need 6 wood planks and 3 books (made using 3 paper which you get from sugarcane and 1 leather) The enchanting table is made using, 1 leather, 2 diamonds, and 4 obsidian. In total to make all 15 bookshelves, you need 90 wood planks and 45 books. (in order to make those books, you need 135 paper and 45 leather)
