I’ve rescued/fostered/adopted dogs for years. My favs are those needing more support, from painful backgrounds, and helping them on, whether to a new home or with me. TaterTot looks like he might have rickets, which I’ve seen in both dogs and cats. Thank you all you’re doing for cats. I’m in MO.

I’ve got a 3 legged kitty and they’re the best. She lives her life indoors so it’s safer for her but I walk her on a harness. Her name is Rocket. She lives happily with me and her brother Olly who is in my profile picture. Wish Tater Tot, Chloe and all the kitties at kitty crusade the best from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺 ❤

He was very popular, but he sadly died about a week ago :( so there’s an uproar to support foster pets and rescues recently

As he was too little, the true cause of Tater Tot's passing is unknown.
However, it has been suspected that the little lad's enlarged heart couldn't keep up and gave way after pneumonia-like symptoms had hit him.
TNR programs are SO important!!!!
He probably would have lived if he wasn't constantly being taken to various new stations or put under heavy stress
When he was born he was already sick, the chances of him surviving were slim but they tried what they could to make him live as long as his body could, his heart was literally too big for his little body
That's probably why he died, all that shit they had him doing was stressing him out.
It sounds like he aspirated some formula, as he had a cleft palate.
His passing away was very sudden. Lots of things could have made it happen.
