Guerilla owner here: The Eco and Perf mode difference is noticeable in that the jerk on perf mode at 3000 rpm is reduced. And after the 1st service, the difference gets more noticeable. You can switch modes while riding, you have to hold the clutch, roll off the throttle completely, allow the revs to come down, then switch modes. And yeah, sometimes even following the steps it won't allow you to switch modes and you have to restart the engine. The engine gets really smooth and the exhaust sound gets better after 1st service. Clutch is hard, and for some reason my right wrist on throttle gets fatigue and aches. TFT screen is wonderful, it's bright and visible whenever I look down I see what I want to see. What Shumi says, yes it switches from dark to light mode whenever you go under a bridge and out of the bridge. But 1. I don't keep an eye on the console every second I am riding. So I don't have any problems with switching dark to light modes or vice versa no matter how many times. I just know whenever I look down for a second I know I can see the gear, the speed and rpm. 2. A lot of it is configurable, so you can set it however you want it. 3. The buttons and switches are not really nice and user-friendly say when you riding, but it's intuitive once you use it half a dozen times and I am not sure if you should be playing around with the console when you are riding.

All that the RE management needs to know in one 14 mins video. They should honestly scrape their meeting schedules and work on these things point-by-point.
As a fan of the yezdi roadster, that classic legends burn was... ouch. But it is true too. I just wish people would stop being "loyal" to just Royal enfield and give the competition some chance too. Healthy competition is always good.
I have the base model ,in silver, with high bench seat, it's more fun with the bench seat, the difference in throttle response between first and rest of the gears can shock a lot of people
@motorinc I didn't install the Tripper Pod, instead I have rest of the GMA accessories for guerrilla, bench seat, instrument cowl, radiator guard, sump gaurd, headlight grill, bar end mirrors
Also, some fixes I suggest for better experience on the digital dash: 1. Fix the lighting mode to dark or bright (instead of auto) - no more flashing 2. Use the connected map feature only when you don't know the roads. E.g. Assuming I'm starting from home in Thrissur to a place inside Chennai city, I'll not use the connected map feature till I reach the outer ring road of Chennai as I know the way from my home to the highway and there are always direction boards in the highway. It's only in the last half an hour of the 12 hour ride I'll be using the map projection.
Thanks for the suggestions @athulkshibu_aks. 1. The auto mode in itself isn't a problem, how sensitive it is to switching is. 2. Yes, but that's very limiting don't you think? The system itself is pretty good, but they have to figure out how to let us use it without having to keep the phone on. We just cannot think of that as a good (or safe) compromise.
I purchased interceptor five years ago and modded it for comfort to my liking(no performence mods) Then I sat on my friends Himalayan 450 and I was blown away with the suspension set up I mean it's on par with bikes that cost more than twice the amount. THEN I RODE THE GUERILLA AND STARTED SCRATCHING MY HEAD THINKING HOW DOES THE SAME COMPANY WITH THE SAME CHASSIS/BASIC SETUP CAN MAKE A MOTORCYCLE AS GOOD AS HIMALAYAN AND AT THE SAME TIME AS CUMBERSOME AS GUERILLA. The bear 650 is sort of a better product compared to guerilla and the bear has bad suspension set up for India roads and that's quite a statement on my behalf.
- Just change the tyres to Eurogrip Roadhound it will truly elevate the riding experience. The toggle switches hardly take time to get used to and I found them quite intuitive. Using the TFT display on my Himmy has been easy and without any hassle, just figured out how to use the joystick more easily.
Love this channel ❤. And one question for shumi, should one buy 200 duke in 200 cc or other cheaper option. Is the premium for 200 duke worth the extra money?

Upgrading tyres to Euro grip Road hunter may improve handling and grip I feel.
Motorinc can you please make a video suggesting that should you still buy the RE Hunter 350 in 2025??
5k on my silver GRR (best color imo) and having a blast.
Definitely there's some cons but if you like if enough they are manageable.
Good to know that you're enjoying it @okaazaki3597!
I have the base model ,in silver, with high bench seat, it's more fun with the bench seat, the difference in throttle response between first and rest of the gears can shock a lot of people
Good to know @jadounshivam834, is the tripper pod working well for you?
@motorinc I didn't install the Tripper Pod, instead I have rest of the GMA accessories for guerrilla, bench seat, instrument cowl, radiator guard, sump gaurd, headlight grill, bar end mirrors
We really need a dark mode on the MotorInc app, dark as in, full on black.
Wonderful, informative video! Beautiful ❤
❤️
Hey Guys!! Absolutely love your work , would love a detailed review on the upcoming scram 440 as well ( please ? )
Waiting for it to get launched first @justy157
Not holding anything back !!!! That’s a superb short review of the grrrrillla
Please do a classic 650 review and please share with us who are waiting on your expertise.... Eagerly waiting for your feedback before booking one.
The size of the tank design should have been little bit bigger. It would enhance the look of the bike.
What is your problem with classic legends...? Owner of Jawa 42. 2024...Nice vehicle...They improved a lottt..from 2018..
That last line, as a Himalayan owner, I can fully relate to :)
Also, some fixes I suggest for better experience on the digital dash:
1. Fix the lighting mode to dark or bright (instead of auto) - no more flashing
@@motorinc absolutely in agreement with you. My suggestions were mere jugaads to work around what's otherwise a great machine 😊
Make a video on shoei helmet.
Requirements
1: USD forks
2: Adjustable brakes & Clutch
3: Riding modes
4: Bigger tank
5: Better quality tyres
I purchased interceptor five years ago and modded it for comfort to my liking(no performence mods)
Then I sat on my friends Himalayan 450 and I was blown away with the suspension set up I mean it's on par with bikes that cost more than twice the amount.
Will there be any video on daytona 660 ??
please make a video on best helmets to buy (irrespective of price)
BG Music too loud... Love you guys
Thanks for the feedback @TheFlash_4292
Ever heard of Dominar 400… the old daddy still rules…i know it’s heavy hard to maneuver in the city but still !!
- Just change the tyres to Eurogrip Roadhound it will truly elevate the riding experience. The toggle switches hardly take time to get used to and I found them quite intuitive. Using the TFT display on my Himmy has been easy and without any hassle, just figured out how to use the joystick more easily.
Awesome @rohitkejriwal1! Please share the joystick controls with us! We've been having a hard time figuring it out.
Love this channel ❤.
And one question for shumi, should one buy 200 duke in 200 cc or other cheaper option.
Is the premium for 200 duke worth the extra money?
Thanks for telling it like you see it, Shumi! RE should pick up their game (not that they are hurting financially).
We hope they do @longtalljay
when it first came out, i really loved the styling, i prefer digital console over analog and with map integration, and always wondered how they are gonna combine retro and tech. but now? another day ,another dough🤷♂🤷♂
