i wander how you all can play this game, i played in S1, had farmed the BP even a lot of extra BP levels but the game burned me, i'm got tired of Limbus Company after i built my team, you say about humans and anomaly being different but i can auto 95% of the content in the game, that is not bad, what is bad is that i need to play a lot manually to do my daily quests, i don't even have stamina to skip, daily quest should have been stamina free for lazy people who wants to play 3m and checkout from the game for the day.... same routine every day, i got sick of it .........
I wouldn't mind some sort of solo mode. People are already successfully soloing most of the bosses in the game, having a game mode where that's the aim could be fun.
@@zifer123 Yeah... except it probably should be 2x when you actually SOLO because by the time you can clash with everyone on field at same time you can be just dead at this point unless you're Zwei Gregor
I wish we can revisit boss fights without spending enkephalin to get little rewards after. I just want to abuse Kromer more and fight Dongrang without going through the entire dungeon.
Whatever people say about Nikke Goddess of Victory there is one feature which i like for sure Mock Battle button You just can freely go and fight boss for no rewards to check how your team performs against it :D
imo there are 3 big problems with the normal mirror dungeon. 1: Lack of EGO gift synergies and thus builds, a large majority of gifts just do their own thing, and the ones that combo need specific IDs to pop off (tremor needs a tremor ID, bleed needs bleed IDs ect) if we could get more gifts that augment/mutate the sinners abilities rather than simply buffing them it would make for a more interesting game mode. 2: Lack of enemy variety in both the normal and Abno fights, making each run feel identical to the last. this one is gonna hopefully solve itself as we get more updates but it still takes its toll. 3: Too many human fights. If the dungeon is made to be shorter but with more Abno fights, the runs will be less braindead while also cutting down the time needed for farming, so the people who want to play and the ones who want to grind both get what they want.
Largely agree it’s rather annoying to look over all the dungeon options Then pick out n Corp Faust and liu members to spam out ego to get through the hammer human enemies on hard If tank identities had their taunt do some offense loss against them or more interesting offensive options on defense I think that would significantly help As it feels now when you do hard mirror dungeon around floor 4 and 5 you just spam ego to win
i agree with most of them, but idk about replacing human fight with normal abnormalities fight either because it has even less variety, and they just die for a stage that is suppose to be hard, it’s the same 4 abnormalities that we will alway encounter, floating squid, a walking red stick, doomwheel with spike, and the other one i know human fight are braindead and tiresome but i would rather fight them than these 4 same creatures
1 thing they could easily do... make RR be "permanent".. keep the banner be the time limited thing for the season, but have an essentially larger or repeating(but gets harder) floor count and then put rewards for each floor/cycle... like I wouldn't mind if the reward is the red box since it'd help towards uptie/threadspin 4.
1st, congrats on sponsor again 2nd, You are right most with every problems in Limbus. But if you didn't troll specially you are bored most of the time. 3rd, you see a Trailer for new RR? For 2 mounts we will see a new end game content and farm some more
Everything bad about limbus stems from it being a gacha/live service game. That entire genre has some fundamental flaws when it comes to making good gameplay since the entire model is built around player retention and maximising profits.
I mean that's the point. It's a gatcha game afterall. It doesn't matter how good it is, gatcha games are at the end of the day, Gambling games. And power creep will be rampant later on. Not to say this is anything different from project moon. But with gatcha games it really sucks. Since instead of gaining ego or ID'S through gameplay, you only have a chance to gain what you earned. Oh you played through hard mode Dungeon and got all you need for rolling the new season? Well if you're unlucky, you can gain literally nothing from how you spend your time. Sure you gain materials. But the main meat of gatcha games are the new droppaples and gambling stuff to get. Without them you're left with virtually no content. I mean I know project moon was way out of money, but making a gatcha game was sorta like doing the devils deal. They got the money, but what were left with is just a glimpse of how good a non gatcha game from project moon would be like if it was just a normal paid game. If anything I hope we get our dungeon crawler game they mentioned a while backs. Since if anything, limbus is a ticking time bomb.
@@shiguriyamamo6730not even just that this is the only gacha game I've played with decaying resources I'm still pretty new to the game (only a week in) but finding out that I have a certain timeframe to farm ego shards (I think that's what they're called) for a certain ID or EGO before the season ends and all of my progress gets halved is really frustrating
Even if I think that LC is in a great place right now, it's always fun to hear some feedback from other people. The only thing that I think we need is a T4 LUX, but I'm certain that It'll come with canto 5 release.
Also, in the sinners tab where you see all the teams, I wish we could rename the teams. For example, Team #1 to "Current Season", #2 #3 and #4 to Slash, Pierce and Bliunt respectively. And so on. And we could check the sinner tabs when choosing a team for the Mirror Dungeons.
I have hopes for MD3 to be the endgame we hope for. As regarding events, they could make several farming nodes with different enemy resistences or gimmicks to diversify team building.. Kinda what fgo does in a way. And regarding RR, it should always be open but have different rewards: at launch the rewards they usually offer, and afterwards exp tickets and maybe some small amount of random chests
Oh my god YES, i agree with literally all of your points, especially your take on My Form Empties, it reminded me so much of WhiteNight in LoR which is my favourite fight in that game. I also love how you basically described Heat from Hades for your new gamemode idea, I'd love a literally endless version of the story Dungeons as a roguelike where you get as deep as you can for our endgame content, and every 10 or so floors you unlock the ability to start on that floor so you don't have to start from zero every time. Have it randomly generated with fixed season-long rewards that reset every season with new enemies from that season's story chapter and stuff. Maybe a bit much wishfull thinking but that shit would be cool.
I want to add to that list: - Why in the mirror dungeon we don't fight enemys from event stages? im sick of k corp inquisitors and gamblers. even the g corp veterans are rare occurence. I want to fight those crab again while doing my weekly please PM
We could always have a game mode that allows us to acquire ego gifts for the rest of the game with limited equip slots for them. A fun reward that doesn't ruin the economy of the game.
Honestly, they could give us an "Actualized Inferno Trip"... Premise? Just a Hard Mode for Story stages, that functions like Refraction. You go through the Dungeon, and maybe even be forced into unique battles (I'm thinking a "Distorted" version of the Sinner the story is for), or a Mirror World Delve. Essentially a trial that also gives more details for the World, let's you try units you may not have, or even let you get hints/insights into who will be added to that group next.
I'm honestly surprised at the lack of "distorted sinner battles", both previous games had massive milestones that could be summed up as "beating the crazy/sadness out of people", first you had the seraphim and their bullshit (1,000,001 reasons why "boss battles" in a management game is a bad idea but the concept/theme itself was cool), then we had Roland and Angela whenever they had their mental breakdown/tantrums, if the main story had a "new game+ hard mode/alternate version" an ugly breakdown of the characters could be a fun mode. What happens when Gregor, Sinclair, etc lose their shit and go running to mommy Carmen? What do they look like when they distort? Maybe Sinclair becomes a freakish abomination mixed with the kind of/design of Kromer and amalgamations of machinery, there all sorts of cool stuff you could do. Although that being said, theoretically each character will have 2 chapters (12 sinners, 24 chapters total), so maybe the second chapter is when we get to apply "blunt force therapy."
@@blazichaos7181 honestly seems like we'll be getting a part 2 for a handful, so hope your right. Only one that seem iffy right now would be Sinclair, and even then, I can see Damian doing a "now to get rid of your final weakness" thing and try to kill the Sinners and Dante. Side note, I am stealing "blunt force therapy", I fucking love that apt description.
I already dropped the game after speedrunning to crabs, but: 1) Wow yeah, that new UI DOES look fire. Not enough for me to pick up the game again, but a massive improvement. 2) I DO think the game has genuine problems core to the structure, both in the translation of LoR into a gacha system, and as a gacha game in a vacuum. It's hard to say anything that's not a variation of "Arknights did this better(Mirror Dungeon, etc)" or "There's a reason you only needed to win once in LoR" 3) Uptie 4 did a lot, but they honestly really do need to rework tremor from the ground up. They've already proven to be willing to make big changes, hopefully they've been testing out something along the lines of "Rupture but moves the stagger threshold instead of dealing damage, and Burst Tremor creates a new stagger threshold at 0%hp" 4) Ultimately, I'm not sold on the story. Dante is NOT a compelling character, and the Sinner arcs can't stand alone when they're drawn out with filler fights.
Nah, I have to disagree with number 4. The reason why Dante isn't compelling yet is because he doesn't regain his memory. If we follow Dante Inferno, Dante might grow distant and cold toward sinners and just focus on the journey. Kind of want to see conflict between pre amnesia Dante and post amnesia Dante.
@@mitacestalia7532 On the one hand, I understand that they've got something cooking with a disaster of a leader who fumbles things so poorly that everyone is sure the pre-amnesia is a different person entirely. However: -The stumbling your way around character doesn't mesh well with a gacha system where dozens of filler fights and months of grinding mirror dungeons go by and the character doesn't sound like they've progressed much. Dante's Notes helps a lot, but it's sprinkling water on a raging fire. -In-narrative, even Dante's screw-ups keep being about passivity. The gambling thing needed to be initiated by Don, and he told himself he needed to talk to Ishmael while killing crabs and sat on it for days before Verg had to do it for him. Dante is not even failing in a way that's uniquely him. This is strongly looking like a "his character gets good 3 years in" situation, and I've dropped titles for less.
6:41 I still don't believe 45 sanity is a 95% chance to roll heads. Even XCOM 2's 95% chance to hit doesn't feel as bs as rolling 2-3 tails on a 5-coin skill at max sanity.
I think what I'd like to see most is more extra conditions for each story fight, that way there'd be incentive to try out more unorthodox team combinations in order to fulfil the extra conditions.
The problem with that is it hamstrings newer players in the future, especially if they rush through the story. Needing dedicated teams to clear bosses should be Endgame material stuff.
tbh, I think I've been having a lot more fun with Limbus Company than most people because of the fact that I don't really care enough to get all my favorite IDs up to level 35 and call it a day after getting them to level 15, I've honestly had a great time playing the game like this and have found plenty of fights to be a fun challenge I think the issue most people have with Limbus' difficulty is that the game isn't being balanced around people who've fully leveled all their IDs
what they can do is make a challange system(I guess Tsunul says in the video) for railway like reach 50 burn or win a fight with 5+ N corpers in battle and give minor to medium rewards (like 100 lunacy for challange or 30 thread) so that people will have intesive to try things and not making rewards that high people who doesn't have ids won't lose much and people who have id has reason to try things
I would like a speed-up option. MD are long enough as it is, I think I could shave off a lot of minutes if the skill 3 animations played at the same time as the others and all the animations went faster. There's already the option to do so with the EGOs, why not the normal skills?
I think rn, instead of like Daily fighting the same Storm troopers over and over each day, makes it so a random stage anywhere in chapters become abnormality which buffs up enemies or switch them out entirely for a new one. They could slip in some easter egg or funny quirk to them.
I have to say, I agree with these points. The mindlessly pressing Win rate, needing more control over human fights, even some adjustments to the Mirror Dungeon 2 Hard bosses because frankly... I'd rather nuke My Form Empties than deal with that damned statue again. Oh and Shrenne's Spotted at 11:23 and 11:27. *My sanity continues to deteriorate.* *Everywhere I go, I see her.*
Game is definitely easy, but there is definitely room for the game to get much harder so I'm not worried about that. After all, we don't even have a WAW E.G.O. or the implied multiplier coins. I do like the idea of a redirect on human fights. Anything that would give better results than spamming win rate is sorely needed, e.g. unique effects like the mentioned redirect, skills that benefit from a particular order like sinking deluge/tremor (Spicebush Yi Sang is a great example), improving the usefulness/need of defense skills since they never get picked from win rate/damage, etc. I think tremor had the right idea, but it is just too difficult to execute and is easily replaced by skills that hit like a dumpster truck while raising stagger thresholds like Self-destructive Purge and Mind Whip. I believe making defense skills more necessary and useful would be the healthiest step for the game--to a degree where defense skills can be more useful than E.G.O. in extremely difficult fights. It would leave the game in a state where easy fights could still be dealt with using win rate while fights that are designed to be more challenging would need to incorporate defense skills to win (which can't be selected with win rate). My suggestion for more useful defense skills not necessarily being only more interesting effects in the description of the skill. Even changing the framework of how defense skills work, or maybe even adding another type of defense skill, would be useful. The redirect in human fights could be tied to defense skills as an example. Imagine if counter could be activated when enemies hits someone else instead. Guard could be like standard body blocking, but only for the value of the shield if used on someone else.
Thank you for making this video, i just wanna add a few things that hopefully come through as well. First i feel like limbus could learn a bit from other gacha games when it comes to this, Refraction Railway feels like our one endgame besides MD hard mode, and i really feel like it should take some stuff from genshin's spiral abyss. we could have a more consistent play time with the railway having it open all the time and then ever few updates adding a bonus track for players to do once they've completed the main ones. also i hope we get more ways to really get thread and level tickets, since as you said already it's annoying to do double the cost just to skip and earn 50% more and then a lot of the time the few thread and tickets you get bring you barely anywhere in terms of uptying or leveling. This is just coming from someone who plays for free though i just bought the pass to give me some more rewards with how slow i've been chugging along leveling my characters and uptying them when possible. Seriously hope the game gets better with time, project moon got a lot of my love from lobotomy corp's hell and library of ruina's hell too so i hope limbus gets even more popular so they can add even more (please where is mersault in a dress)
It's kinda funny how the probs you outlined for lcb's mirror dungeon mirror HSR's simulated universe. While hsr is kinda more involved at least navigation wise, it is still quite rudimentary imo.
Ngl I have given up on grinding. I think if in a game to do dailies you are required to press a button more than once it's a very hard grind. I hope they fix the sweep mechanic because using 4 modules is just too expensive. As for mirror dungeon I don't even bother doing it. For hard mode it would take me 2-3 hours of playing, which is too much considering I have other gacha games too. For normal I wish there was a sweep mode
As someone that brute forces everything I think its funny how the bull is straight up easier to me than MFE because I just can't handle its mechanics. I personally agree a lot with the MD problem, it's kinda shitty that it either becomes too easy or it is absurdly difficult Nice video, love when people criticize what they love for the better of it and glad that SOMEONE NOTICED THE 10 KILLS DAILY PROBLEM
Something I wish that could change is the amount of star light that you get for beating mirror dungeon hard. I have been only doing one run a week. In order to save energy modules and my sanity. However, I am only getting 120 star light even though the hard mode dungeon takes more time and is harder. I feel like I am never going to get all the upgrades unless I throw out all my modules grinding the normal dungeon. I hope they fix it someday.
About the new game mode you brought up. I had a thought fairly recently of also having some sort of gauntlet but it's challenges. It may limit you to only use certain factions or maybe a solo run and pm could design it with that in mind and make more challenging and fun fights. I really want something that limits your team building so that (paradoxically) you get to try different teams instead of just the meta. Aside from self-imposed challenge runs in md or thematic runs, you aren't really encouraged to try different compositions since it would be slower and you have to spend resources to have competent units. Maybe they could give you the ids for these challenges already uptied and leveled so it also serves as a way to test units you don't have or haven't uptied (maybe even add one for every unit and new unit, a challenge/fight specifically designed for them, and they could be duos if they are fron the same banner). It could have fights that lean more towards thematic fights or actual hard challenges like beating x boss with only base units or a duo of sinners or something like that. They could also let you choose ego gifts or have them already pre selected if they want to give them to you for that fight or series of fights They could maybe have a toggle too where it gets harder (probably just use the md2h buffs for most of them and something more special for others like remove ego gifts or not allow 000 from a faction in "faction fights") It would give the game a lot of content and it wouldn't limit the devs as much since everyone is going with the same team and uptie and levels
RR is prob my favorite content aside from story that they ever added. It was not only challenging but a fun process of refining your strategy to see how fast you could finish it. It also showed me how much I actually despise human fights. I hate how I can't manually target stuff, and that some battles that aren't even all that difficult could've gone way smoother if it had manual targetting. I really wish PM would just combine both human and abno fights into one thing, giving everything manual targetting, but keeping the "chain" from human fights. So it becomes a choice of "Oh, do you want to just slide your finger across the screen or press a button and trust the auto targetting? Go ahead" or "Alright, use your brain and carefully select your targets" instead of just "haha funny button go brrr". I'm so hyped for when RR2 releases, cause then I'll get to feel that same experience of going onto a fight and just having fun with the challenge knowing that I won't have to just drag the chain or click a button and then pray to the RNG gods that it all goes well. About content I'd really like a "boss replay" mode or something like that, something that doesnt need you to go through an entire dungeon just to fight one singular boss(Its why the only boss I've ever fought multiple times was Dongbaek, but only her)
I’ve started the game months ago and am just a casual so I’m not sure how much of these changes would affect me, but the battle pass missions and focus on main story would be epic.
For MD2 i think we need few things: 1)More E.G.O. gifts. Right now there are not a lot of them, and they don't have much sinergy. 2)More enemys. I would love to fight bongies from Canto 3.5, or even crabs from 4.5. 3)Starter buffs impruvments. For example an ability to disable them(for hardcore players), or just more of them. For example i would love to see a buff, that gives you 1 time per run a reroll in shop, or adds more gifts to buy. 4)Some system like "Heat" from Hades would be great. The reward? Idk, some fancy banner into profile with numbers on him that updates after you beat MD2H with more modificators. I espesially want this feature, so i can turn on 2-3x times boss hp and finaly properly test my builds, cause rn, every boss exept MFE can easly die in 2-3 turns.
Sinclair has been the most spoiled sinner in the entire game because yes Ishy has a ton of ID's but she got them all THIS season Sinclair has been consistently getting ID's since day 1 and he had a spot in BOTH Events with basically being the main character alongside Don in Hell's Chicken Outis has literally not gotten a new ID in 5 MONTHS FIVE MONTHS THAT'S BASICALLY THE GAME'S WHOLE LIFESPAN Sinclair is completely spoiled and he does not need anything more for a LONG time also the gameplay is one thing in limbus but it's baked too deep in the core of the game to fix imo Limbus' writing is so abhorrently bad that canto 5 is gonna have to be a Tarantino Masterpiece to impress me
Remember how Ishma got literally nothing during season 1? Clearly this means us outists will be eating good in season 3. I'm willing to share this hopium btw.
I don't think the writing is bad at all. The events are from a writing perspective the most fun I had in Gacha Games writing, while the main story tends to be more of a borefest, with some good spice in between
Imagine never getting bull fight in hard since release. And i even farmed a bit without weekly bonus, b4 i realized what reward for normal exactly same ;,,;
This is completely superfluous, but I wonder if they’d ever write proper side stories for the identity worlds? Like, a short run through Don’s first Warp Train ride, along with the other W Corp identities. Extra work they don’t need to do, but it’d be cool to see
I'd like it if they have an endgame mode similar to MoC from HSR where you need to split a team up while they fight two different bosses, like the final few fights of LoR where certain builds are encouraged and it has a longer refresh rate to avoid burnout
to be fair, i would like for all the lines from the refraction railway to just remain open to be played whenever, obviously, their rewards should only be obtainaible during their normal opening time period, but after that time you could still replay it to update your banner or something like that so you have a small incentive if you want to commit to it, while not being an important enough grind that you need to do every week
imo the difficult stuff should be in story and refraction railway, i like mirror dungeon being fast and easy so i dont spend to much time grinding it but thats just my opinion gud vid.
We need a raid like mode and they change the said raid boss weekly. So, we won’t get too bored easily. *We need sooo much threads!* Especially, for T4’ing our ID and Ego’s! The thread drought is real!
Daily rewards for Thread Luxcavations are not a scam and here’s why I say that. If you were to run 6 runs every day, WITH the bonus (the first 3) you’d acquire 18 thread, WITHOUT the bonus, you get 9. That’s a total of 12 boxes, equaling 27 thread. That being said, you loose Exp each time you do that. (About 20 for each run, so 60 a day) Now Exp Luxcavation *is* a scam, and because of that, I go out of my way to do 1 daily luxcavation a day, giving me all of the daily pass missions out of the way. A skip with give you 6 cards (gold and silver) and 60 Exp for 8 modules. Whereas manually using 8 modules will give you 8 cards (both, again) and 80 Exp for 8 modules.
honestly my biggest complaint is the grind and resources. Like they gave us more than 100s threads and shards and we either get like 1-3 shards and 6 threads. But I can understand they dont want their players just steamrolling and finishing the game in like 4 hours
My absolute main criticism that made me stop the game entirely. Optimization. Optimization. Optimization. A game like this when i played it shouldn't have ran like arse if the devs didn't give a shit polish then I just like for ToF abysmal Optimization, will not give a damn about the game.
the most painful for me when it comes to lack of IDs is outis. Not only does she have few IDs, but they're all "ok" at best, they can't come close to holding their weight like others when it comes to any of the hard content. I hope the Molar Outis changes that, but seeing their track record with free IDs (chef greg and boat sinclair) I don't have much faith.
@@rodd_boward I may be wrong about boatloads Ishmael but I know for a fact that cook ryoshu was a free unit you could get with bongy plushies Update: I was indeed wrong about boatworks Ishmael but I was not wrong about Chef ryoshu
I really agree. I haven’t played a ton of Limbus Company, and perhaps it was wrong to come in expecting the same combat as LoR, but the combat felt way too easy for me. Even the bosses. I hope they make the current auto battle system for human fights optional. I think another option could be adding a Hard Mode for story content. Bumping up the difficulty and putting Abnormality combat in all the fights. That way story people or people who like the current system can go through it, and people who want more can do Hard Mode. Just an idea. Awesome video. But I can’t believe you hate Limbus Company.
Yeah it'd be good to have some extra bi-weekly/weekly content that offers specific challenges, BA did that with the Joint Firepower Exercise, each week you get a different challenge, like enemies with high defense but the defense drops when you heal a neutral entity, or swarmer enemies that only take 1 damage but have 3 hp so you need to take units with high rate of fire and higher difficulties nerf/buff the damage of certain weapon types, like the aforementioned 3hp enemies where smg/ar units gets accuracy nerf, so you have to bring support units that buff acc, or a dps check where higher difficulties give you extra ultimate charge up the less people you bring, all those can be adapted to Limbis playstyle, much like the robot enemies recieved less bleed damage but extra rupture. Its all a matter of imagination. Edit: I forgot to add, I'm still waiting for some sort of weekly/biweekly raid content, do it once a day maybe, at the end of the week you get rewards based on your damage score, and tier the raid for low level so new players can play the content w/o a full lvl 35 UC4 team, you can use end of chapter/RR bosses, add new raid worthy abnos maybe?
I have an idea about a new game mode that can be interesting. The Library City a mirror world where the Library absorb the city where the sinner and only the sinner are invited to overcome ordeals. So for the gameplay first all the fight will be the style of abnormalities battle. Second you only got the base Sinner for the first ordeal and when you win the first one you get books that you can burn them to gain(random) identities, EGO and EGO gift or level up and uptie the sinner. I think that being random will be better because if it's wasn't it will be always the same team but you can gain any identities, the price will differ in term of the rarity and if you want something more precise. And you can also pause the ordeals between fight. The challenge is how much books you want to obtain at the end because if you burn them you lose them so you obtain less rewards at the end. You can decide to not claim the books to just do a run for free and enjoy the gameplay.
I dont really have a problem with win rate on the human fights except for when they are bosses because back when i played library of ruina i just auto did my battles with them anyway and i dont feel like adding the option to redirect attacks will change that unless i want to avoid a counter or a struggling clash but id like a solo game mode or like a trio mode
At times, it really feels like PM wanted really badly to try and move away from LoR, but also knew how damn good Ruina's combat was, and that ended up leading to them really really trying to make human battles the new standard. Yet, because of the way human battles are designed, they became stat checks like what we see in MD2H. The only way they can be made harder, due to how rail-roaded they are, is to just buff the raw numbers, but when you just buff up raw numbers, that doesn't make it "enjoyable hard", it just makes it annoying and tedious. I get that they wouldn't want to just do LoR all over again with limbus company, but I feel like they really need to let the rail-roading of human battles go a little bit. Give us an additional skill slot so we can pick between 3 rather than just 2, or make certain types of skills able to artificially move themselves up or down the chain similar to how the "target the fastest/highestHP/last enemy" Egos work. Something to make the human battles less of "win rate spam" with the occasional Ego thrown in there. 9:40 I do want to mention, there's one thing that absolutely neuters the Bull to the point it becomes a joke fight. Paralysis, as unlike in Ruina where it lowered a roll by 3 per stack, now it just straight up sets a coin to roll 0 per stack(don't use it on negative coin enemies though, big mistake there). There are a ton of IDs and Egos that can inflict 2+ paralysis this turn, and since the Bull only has one body part for the first two turns, and both before and after the Head appears 3+ of it's action slots are made up by a single body part, just getting some paralysis on him absolutely ruins his clashing ability. 4+8+8? Nah, only 4, take it or leave it, or what about 5+4+4+4? Lets go with just 5 thanks. Gregor can use Legerdemain for 4 paralyze, Yi Sang can use Wishing Cairn for 2/3, Heathcliff has AEDD for 3, Ishmael has Rosate Desire for 2/3, and most of those are quite cheap too.
easy fix, once you beat a mission in story, remove the cost of replaying it. That way you can spam it for exp and the dungeons and interesting fights as many times as you want with no issue. Also, add a new game + difficulty for them with better exp or rewards.
I will say I never anticipated I would see Faust wear glasses, especially those big round ones, I also didn't anticipate that she would also look beautiful with the glasses, making me want to get this Id just to see Faust wearing glasses and nothing else. Looks like my wallet is gonna fade out of existence, sorry buddy, but I need to have her at any costs.
I use charge units all the time and win rate keeps choosing the unprepared skills so I kinda forgot it existed. MD2 hard is really hard for me even though I have a few uptie 3 and a few uptie 4 units (skill issue I know) so it takes 3-4 hours to beat and that's too much ofa time commitment. So I play normal for those 750 lunacy.
Only conclusion I came up with that might be fun is having fighting 2 bosses seperately Like inflicting debuffs or dmg to boss 1 then carry over to player 2 vice versa. But I would rather have the pm devs take on this though
Yeah, my problem with Limbus is the fact that the only thing we can do is Mirror Dungeon. I just do Hard MD once per week and then stop since I'm F2P anyway. I won't get lunacy if I finish MD again (I know we get exp, but it doesn't feel worth it). This is only the beginning, so I understand they still try to come up with something.
How about a boss rush for the gamemode some of the bosses we can only fight in the main story where they are pretty weak or at the end of chapter like supped up bosses like in the mirror dungeon 2 excluding the bull and my form empties since those fights are a fucking chore where you get to see ahead of time what bosses you must fight and they get their own gimmicks.
I feel like Limbus Company would be way more fun if the Mirror Dungeons were the limited time things giving big rewards and the Refraction Railways were the "do this any time to grind" things. The Mirror Dungeons have a huge amount of annoying, repetitive, same-y fights with no reward to doing them well, while the Railways are full of unique, fun fights that give you not only good rewards but, perhaps more important, let you show stats for bragging rights at how good you are at them, providing an incredibly satisfying incentive. Hell, this would probably make them more money, too. If you're just getting through the Mirror Dungeons, as soon as you find a team that gets you through it reliably, you're done. If you wanna get the best results in Refraction Railway for personal satisfaction and bragging, you don't just want a team that's good enough, you want the BEST team, which means you wanna spend more and get more characters. All-in-all, it seems like they really struck gold with the Refraction Railway, but for some reason, thought that a bland dungeon crawl would be something that would keep people coming back, and it sucks to see.
Yeah man... i cant imagine why limbus company is having a hard time with its work... *looks at all of the project moon drama* nothing has happened that would cause delays...
The saddest part is that the game doesn't get much better over time. People say "we are just at the beginning of the journey, everything will definitely be better", and therefore the first year, second and third will pass, and the game will still be the same buggy and have little content. Many people say that the situation is not critical, but everything is screaming that "it's bad"

Congrats on the sponsor!! keep going after that bread so you can spend more on Sinclair bussy
Tsunul face reveal?!?!!!!
I wouldn't mind some sort of solo mode. People are already successfully soloing most of the bosses in the game, having a game mode where that's the aim could be fun.
i dont think we need that tho, there already is solo scaling when you get the extra attacks.
The railway is kind of like a boss rush and it comes in 2 weeks

@@skell6134 huh did not know about that still that game takes horny on main to a whole nother level.
imo there are 3 big problems with the normal mirror dungeon.
Hey maybe in dungeon 3 is all boss abnos fight in the next year whenever dungeon 3 comes out
Largely agree it’s rather annoying to look over all the dungeon options
Then pick out n Corp Faust and liu members to spam out ego to get through the hammer human enemies on hard
If tank identities had their taunt do some offense loss against them or more interesting offensive options on defense
I think that would significantly help
As it feels now when you do hard mirror dungeon around floor 4 and 5 you just spam ego to win
honestly yeah its barely feels like a roguelike
i agree with most of them, but idk about replacing human fight with normal abnormalities fight either because it has even less variety, and they just die for a stage that is suppose to be hard, it’s the same 4 abnormalities that we will alway encounter, floating squid, a walking red stick, doomwheel with spike, and the other one
i know human fight are braindead and tiresome but i would rather fight them than these 4 same creatures
Or we could just remove human battle mechanics.
Since it was a huge mistake even making the human battles anyways.

1st, congrats on sponsor again
2nd, You are right most with every problems in Limbus.
Pretty much. The genre revolves about intentional bad game design that funnels people into spending money
i feel like its also the fact that the game is still very early in its development
3:28 yeah.I agree with you.Skip shouldn't cost more.
And so on. And we could check the sinner tabs when choosing a team for the Mirror Dungeons.
ikr. I am confused as hell about my team 😭
The point about renaming teams was brought up in the UI/UX improvement plans, as well as adding hotkeys for PC in the future
Well, how'd you feel now with the naming?
13:43 thats what I liked about HSR the most, everything is just there forever, do it when u do it.

I keep forgetting you look like a mix of a discount Jerma and a discount RTGame, it's a shock every time.
sure explains the insanity if God based his ass on those two
i would like Thread and Exp to get a lvl 45 with better rewards cause the current lvl 30 give so little for endgame and uptie4
Yep the ego update is the best QoL changes.
(Also reminded me of the abnormalities pages from LoR)
I already dropped the game after speedrunning to crabs, but:
1) Wow yeah, that new UI DOES look fire. Not enough for me to pick up the game again, but a massive improvement.
2) I DO think the game has genuine problems core to the structure, both in the translation of LoR into a gacha system, and as a gacha game in a vacuum. It's hard to say anything that's not a variation of "Arknights did this better(Mirror Dungeon, etc)" or "There's a reason you only needed to win once in LoR"
3) Uptie 4 did a lot, but they honestly really do need to rework tremor from the ground up. They've already proven to be willing to make big changes, hopefully they've been testing out something along the lines of "Rupture but moves the stagger threshold instead of dealing damage, and Burst Tremor creates a new stagger threshold at 0%hp"
4) Ultimately, I'm not sold on the story.
However:
-The stumbling your way around character doesn't mesh well with a gacha system where dozens of filler fights and months of grinding mirror dungeons go by and the character doesn't sound like they've progressed much.
@@Birthday888 but I don't see the harm if it's just extra conditions
tbh, I think I've been having a lot more fun with Limbus Company than most people because of the fact that I don't really care enough to get all my favorite IDs up to level 35 and call it a day after getting them to level 15, I've honestly had a great time playing the game like this and have found plenty of fights to be a fun challenge
I think the issue most people have with Limbus' difficulty is that the game isn't being balanced around people who've fully leveled all their IDs
what they can do is make a challange system(I guess Tsunul says in the video) for railway like reach 50 burn or win a fight with 5+ N corpers in battle and give minor to medium rewards (like 100 lunacy for challange or 30 thread) so that people will have intesive to try things and not making rewards that high people who doesn't have ids won't lose much and people who have id has reason to try things
I actively ignore auto-mode in this game. It helps with fights that would otherwise feel braindead.
ikr. It might work in something like normal DM but in Hard DM?
You're pretty much need to choose which affinity to save into slot for resource.

I kinda wish the mirror dungeons were more like gbf’s arcanum where the paths felt far less linear.
10 months later and the exp/thread is still the same
I have to say, I agree with these points.
*My sanity continues to deteriorate.*
*Everywhere I go, I see her.*
5:44
Yes please buff tremor and rupture.
I want to be able to use rosepanner rodion.
I personally agree a lot with the MD problem, it's kinda shitty that it either becomes too easy or it is absurdly difficult
Nice video, love when people criticize what they love for the better of it and glad that SOMEONE NOTICED THE 10 KILLS DAILY PROBLEM
I hope they fix it someday.
i love that this video with the deadbeat dad joke dropped on Father's Day (in Australia)
They could also let you choose ego gifts or have them already pre selected if they want to give them to you for that fight or series of fights
They could maybe have a toggle too where it gets harder (probably just use the md2h buffs for most of them and something more special for others like remove ego gifts or not allow 000 from a faction in "faction fights")
It would give the game a lot of content and it wouldn't limit the devs as much since everyone is going with the same team and uptie and levels
I think it would be good to for a daily mission to select a random level in the game that you would have to beat.

TSUNUL HATES LIMBUS COMPANY.
For MD2 i think we need few things:
1)More E.G.O.
10/10 will fight Papa Bongy
Sinclair has been the most spoiled sinner in the entire game because yes Ishy has a ton of ID's but she got them all THIS season
Sinclair has been consistently getting ID's since day 1 and he had a spot in BOTH Events with basically being the main character alongside Don in Hell's Chicken
Outis has literally not gotten a new ID in 5 MONTHS
FIVE MONTHS
THAT'S BASICALLY THE GAME'S WHOLE LIFESPAN
Sinclair is completely spoiled and he does not need anything more for a LONG time
also the gameplay is one thing in limbus but it's baked too deep in the core of the game to fix imo
Limbus' writing is so abhorrently bad that canto 5 is gonna have to be a Tarantino Masterpiece to impress me
Remember how Ishma got literally nothing during season 1? Clearly this means us outists will be eating good in season 3.
I'm willing to share this hopium btw.
I don't think the writing is bad at all.
The events are from a writing perspective the most fun I had in Gacha Games writing, while the main story tends to be more of a borefest, with some good spice in between
Cute boys RULE this series
Imagine never getting bull fight in hard since release. And i even farmed a bit without weekly bonus, b4 i realized what reward for normal exactly same ;,,;
Bruh, I fought MFE 5 in rows...
6:03 nice search tab bro
dw,having same(even worse) brainrot but with Hong Lu
to be fair, i would like for all the lines from the refraction railway to just remain open to be played whenever, obviously, their rewards should only be obtainaible during their normal opening time period, but after that time you could still replay it to update your banner or something like that
so you have a small incentive if you want to commit to it, while not being an important enough grind that you need to do every week
sure Ryoshu doesn't have a charge EGO, but Heathcliff, Don and Faust all hav Telepole
imo the difficult stuff should be in story and refraction railway, i like mirror dungeon being fast and easy so i dont spend to much time grinding it but thats just my opinion gud vid.
We need a raid like mode and they change the said raid boss weekly. So, we won’t get too bored easily.
*We need sooo much threads!*
Especially, for T4’ing our ID and Ego’s! The thread drought is real!
Reminds me of how mad i was for getting only 2 of the rarest identities, both are sinclair's and no one else
i pretty much agree with you on most of the game play things and thats about it(i will not forget about your rodya oppinons)
(About 20 for each run, so 60 a day)
Now Exp Luxcavation *is* a scam, and because of that, I go out of my way to do 1 daily luxcavation a day, giving me all of the daily pass missions out of the way.
Maybe some type of boss rematchs? Where they come stronger, with new moves or with evolved gimmicks?

My absolute main criticism that made me stop the game entirely. Optimization. Optimization. Optimization. A game like this when i played it shouldn't have ran like arse if the devs didn't give a shit polish then I just like for ToF abysmal Optimization, will not give a damn about the game.
The good thing is we gonna get RR2 next month. August is basically a dead month with QoL changes in which I don't mind
the most painful for me when it comes to lack of IDs is outis. Not only does she have few IDs, but they're all "ok" at best, they can't come close to holding their weight like others when it comes to any of the hard content. I hope the Molar Outis changes that, but seeing their track record with free IDs (chef greg and boat sinclair) I don't have much faith.
Those were all the 2 star ID'S though, the 3 star id's (aka chef ryoshu and boat works Ishmael) are both some of the best id's in game rn
@@prozorozo neither of those were free though, they were banner characters.
@@rodd_boward I may be wrong about boatloads Ishmael but I know for a fact that cook ryoshu was a free unit you could get with bongy plushies
Update: I was indeed wrong about boatworks Ishmael but I was not wrong about Chef ryoshu
@@prozorozo You're wrong in both cases bro...
@@prozorozo Chef Ryoshu was not a free character lmao, you had to pull her in an extraction along with Sinclair's EGO
I view Limbus as a collection game more than anything tbh, building stupid ass teams and going into MD to see how far I can push their status effect.
they are doing outis so fucking dirty it hurts😭
0:36 …so about that time you and Dino da- [hehe I’m only joking, but like, faust mi-]
When you said sponsor I thought PM somehow sponsored you for a second lol.
You're really bold with such a title and a start, knowing *what* community we are. However, the cult has decided yoyr opinion is acceptable.
That's the least Tsunul face I have ever seen.
Smash.
The mechanics I wanna see is having co-op multiplayer or some way that involves other players.
How tf is that gonna work
How, like how
Only conclusion I came up with that might be fun is having fighting 2 bosses seperately
Like inflicting debuffs or dmg to boss 1 then carry over to player 2 vice versa.
But I would rather have the pm devs take on this though
@@Darksnakeshadow that doesn't sound too fun
I think after clearing Chapter 5 we will unlock the third selection in Mirror Dungeon (maybe?).
AAAAA TSUNUL FACE REVEAL.
THAT FEELS SO WEIRD
Yeah, my problem with Limbus is the fact that the only thing we can do is Mirror Dungeon. I just do Hard MD once per week and then stop since I'm F2P anyway. I won't get lunacy if I finish MD again (I know we get exp, but it doesn't feel worth it).
This is only the beginning, so I understand they still try to come up with something.
9:30 Libe or for wanna
I want to see waw and aleph ego's since we dont have any yet.
The little koromaru is so cute!!!
i cant wait for md3's difficulty to go vertical.
How about a boss rush for the gamemode some of the bosses we can only fight in the main story where they are pretty weak or at the end of chapter like supped up bosses like in the mirror dungeon 2 excluding the bull and my form empties since those fights are a fucking chore where you get to see ahead of time what bosses you must fight and they get their own gimmicks.
damn, i didn't expect the face reveal, i imagined you're like a bearded dude who looks old as hell but is actually relatively young.
Many people say that the situation is not critical, but everything is screaming that "it's bad"
omg he actually just is a mirror version of Sinclair wtf
I just want to fight any abno at lvl 35 without restriction.
I don't want to go through the chapter 3 dungeon to fight an underleveled kromer
