20分鐘太少,至少要每天30分鐘,分批跑,上午下午晚間跑個10分鐘也行,糖友建議飯後一小時跑,不要飯前跑,飯後血糖飆高,要在飯後跑才能消耗吃下的碳水

为何等到明天呢? 超慢跑随时随地可做, 15 到30 分钟即可。如果姿势正确, 做起来一点也不吃力喔。要降血糖, 复建师们建议在餐後半小时到一小时做效果最佳。否则随时做也可以的。加油!
