And to spill it all here, the way they made you leave home from a loving family in Earthbound was a way to make you realize how important family is. Brawl the boss is labelled as Porky. Also if you couldn't tell, for all of the combat related moves, Ness and Lucas say "PK" before each move, implying that in Mother 3's english translation the combat related moves would also be labelled as PK.
