Ringo kept the Beatles grounded, he never got the swollen ego problems, and his charm and good humour have never faltered.
I still cant believe that Ringo is 83 years old!!
Ringo wrote some of my favorite Beatles songs as well as some of my favorite post Beatle songs. He still sounds great when he sings. Most people his age have already lost their voice and sound terrible, but Ringo is an ageless wonder and is still giving and sharing his talents with all of his fans. Thank you Ringo!! 😊
I am so happy Ringo has had an amazing life, still kicking.
Ringo is wonderful. I am glad he is getting the attention he deserves.
I can’t believe all of the hardships Ringo endured growing up. That just makes me respect him more.
Ringo should have been in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for his work with the Beatles. His skill with knowing just what to play for each song helped make them great.
Good documentary.
Who knew Ringo did soo much. I had no idea. Keep up the good work Ringo Star..You made history with your work. I wish I could shake your hand.
I really enjoyed the comments on the Beatles as I saw them in 1966 at Suffolk Downs on their last tour August 18th in Boston and of Saint Paul McCartney 7 times and I saw a Ringo in his band once up in New Hampshire and plastow and I saw George Harrison in Boston in 1974 and loved him too I never saw John alone but I'm a Beatles fan true blue since the beginning love Paul McCartney give me back is 3 hour tours compared to the 28 minutes they played in Boston he has given back and I just love him he is absolutely incredible I now live in Indianapolis and would love for him to come to Lucas oil stadium 70,000 plus people and play his 3-hour tour I would love to get tickets to see him backstage thank you great job on us just absolutely worth listening to😊 thank you so🎉😊😊❤
Ringo was the most well-adjusted member of the Beatles, I think. When I was little and everyone of my older siblings teased and made fun of me, I related to Ringo, especially in "A Hard Day's Night" and "Help!". Just like me, I thought
LOVE YOU, RINGO!
STAY WITH US, WE DON'T WANT TO SAY GOODBYE!
To me Ringo is one of a kind. I wish him peace and love for the rest of his life ❤
RINGO STAR , one of my favorite Beatles.
My favorite line of his, after one
of his sessions with the All Star
Band was; “ Good Night everybody, and remember,
PEACE & LOVE, PEACE and LOVE, it’s the Only Way!
How right he was ! And still is.
One song describes RINGO really well; IT DONT COME EASY! But hard work and determination deserves our respect!!
I always admired Ringo ! A man who fought adversity and became A REAL STAR 🌟
Ringo due his bad health, almost died, Pete after been sacked by the Beatles, attempt to suicide . They are still alive , and i'm happy for both . Long life to the drummers of the most famous band in the world ! 🥁🥁
You had to be alive in the 60s to really feel and understand the impact of the Beatles
A truly rare and genuis mix of gifted musicians. ❤
I lived in Germany when the Beetles were beginning and before they came to America. I was 13 and listened to them on USA Luxembourg.
When I drove my Beetle, called the yellow submarine, because it is yellow and leaks, passed the Octopussies Garden, I stopped to take a photograph of a black byrd, but it flew away...you know it don't come easy, they say. Thanks Richard....and thanks to the factory for being.
I would say he had a quite spectacular career. And loved by so many.
Anyone who has ever toured with a band for an extended length of time knows that just about every band has its squabbles and that it is in fact rare when you don’t.
Ringo was and is mostly underrated!
Like all of The Beatles, Ringo has a down to earth personality and is not slightly pretentious.
He just happened to be part of the biggest band in history.
For that alone, I like everyone else who's been lucky to meet him knows, he really is a true gentleman.
Had John not died in 1980 a one off Beatles reunion might have happened under Ringos instigation. He got the other three to help on some of his 70s solo albums and John was back on the music scene in 1980. Ringo was that kind of guy to get them together for a project. But we will never know now. He's still a legend regardless.
That was a MOST enjoyable film,not many get Ringo's story,awesome work ❤❤❤❤
Dear Ringo
You're my favourite Beatle and my favourite drummer of all time. Please, please reflect on the glorious memories you have been blessed with together with your ripe old age and good health. Forget the bad memories, relish the sulime music you four created and, above all, refrain from washing your dirty linen in public. You're letting yourself down in the eyes of many fans.
Ringo 's music is a feell good type of music. You must not take his music so seriously, instead, feel the joy of his music. That is the secret to appreciate Ringo 's music.
This is well done. Thanks.
I have always been a Beatles fan and will be till the day i die. Saw them in '65 Chicago. Never forgot that. Loved their music constantly changing ever growing. Long live John, Paul, George & Ringo (Happy Birthday, 84).
Sometimes perfection just falls into place. That happened with The Beatles. We may ever know why but we can all celebrate that it happened.
Best review of Ringo 💍. Some things I've never heard in the past 50 years.
Ringo, I used to watch you with my kids on Shining Time Station. Rings did a great job.
And still going strong - may he long continue; thanks for uploading.
Ringo your a legend and talented musician glad you're still jamming
The Best Group ever to become famous in the World.
Ricard Starkey is pure class!
Of course they had disagreements and conflicts - you put any 4 people together with each other that much over many years its impossible to not have conflict. And then add mega pressure and stress on those 4 people to produce hit after hit and those crazy tours they had to do its amazing they lasted as long as they did.
I grew up Beatle Boots Trench coats Short collar shirts long hair , sang every love song Still i listen To many a rock and roll music ,any old way you chose .IT master minds in sweet words harmony talent Thanks For the many great years , hidden tears woos , we all get the same so we try our best to life in peace tame
When Ringo was playing, he had a way of fitting in perfectly with the song. My guess is he had that way with people. If there was a way to get along, Ringo would find it..
Thank you for this very revealing video and interview. It answers many questions.
Thanks, Ringo 🙏❤️
Ringo is truly the best Thank you for your music and your contribution to the music world
Rings is a living legend!
Of all the Beatles songs or of any of the group..the only song I have on my oldies playlist is Ringo Starr's Don't come easy
That was wonderful. Thank you!
i met him in the game room at hugh hefner's mansion in holmby hills way back when. he was wearing start shaped sunglasses. rather short in stature but bigger than real life!
What a fantastic mini documentary. I was just gobsmacked. Beautifully done.
Thank you very much.
Talented man.
His son Zak has been the drummer for the Who for years, he fits the band
Also Joe Walsh is his brother in law
Thanks Ringo❣ I've been keeping an eye on you since M. Feb. 10th, 1964❣ Thanks again for everything, "Break-a-leg", & kind regards❣
Ringo is still keeping the beat. That's his job...that's his Starr!
Love Ringo since 1964' He was magic for the Hypnotic 🪲🪲🪲🪲Beatles🍏💜💚🤣
Thomas the Tank Engine. He taught my kid's
Major hats off to Richie!!!!!!
I saw Ringo twice with his all-star bands and the shows fabulous. It's hard for me to believe with their success that they hated each other. Like a marriage, you fight with yer wife but that doesn't always transfer to hate. Sometimes it does but hate is a heavy word.
WoW! What an incredible SuperStar life! Just Luv Ringo❤
Ringo and Keith Moon were hilarious together.
Ringo called a friend of mine who was once the bass player of Climax Blues Band a band in my local town Stafford and asked him if he could sing on one of his albums. Ringo is a very talented musician and a lot of info about him I never knew. I would love to meet him .....
Ringo is an amazing drummer. He has been my idol for many years.
Of all my favorite Beatles and post-Beatles songs, my personal favorite is "Photograph".
The best drummer the beatles ever had.
His additional talents are an inspiration to us all.
🥁A member of God’s Band 4EVER 🎶🎼🎵🎤🎧🥁
July 7th, 2024 - Happy Birthday Ringo ! Now at 84 , you're amazingly young ! ✌ & ❤
I liked Ringo's singing. I think he sounded pretty good.
Well done.
MEXICO LOVE RINGO AND PAUL AND JHON AND GEORGE MEXICO LOVES THE BEATLES
Ringo didn't need school. He needed to be the drummer for the Beatles.
How did the Rolling Stones stay together in comparison?
I love him as the drummer for The Beatles and train conductor in Thomas The Train!❤
It Don't Come Easy is one of my favourite post Beatle songs by any of them.
it's human thing. we all have emotions. and when you get stuck with the same humans for years on end...
Ringo, one of the best. Liked his single it dont come easy, and back of boogllo and sweet sixteen
When you're 64 ... in the last 19 years.
even paul lost his voice i still love paul. i admire him. until now
THE GREAT. BEATLES. DRUMMER. RINGO. STARR
I'm a big beetle fan... And don't give me wrong I love the movie that they've made about the start of The Beatles and John Lennon's story..... But they should make a movie about wrinkle and the start of his life and music career and join The Beatles I think it would be very interesting that people would like it
Oh! LOOK!! An 83 year old man who smoked most of his life, drank and did lots of drugs and is still VERY capable of controlling his own life, speaking in complete, very coherent sentences with no crib notes or cue cards and still tours the world playing 2 to 3 hour rock concerts at every show! VERY unlike a certain 81 year old that shits his pants, can't walk, talk, think, stand up or make decisions without LOADS of help AND drugs and has access to the nuclear codes!
Ringo is a gem
❤❤❤ Celestial 💫
I have you seen the Beatles in 1966 at Suffolk Downs in Boston and I've seen Paul McCartney 7 times Ringo and his band once 0 play George Harrison what's in 1974 I really enjoyed Trumbull had never heard of it but I really love it please feel free to contact me anytime about this I love the Beatles Love Paul McCartney and really enjoyed everything
Good information
The harsh reality is that most bands don’t actually get along. Most of it stems from having to work in such close proximity all the time. Naturally tempers clash, big egos clash. In most cases they’d be fine with each other in a more laid back environment, even those with completely differing personalities, but it’s the tough nature of the game that very few appreciate from the outside looking in.
SUUUUUUUPERB VIDEO 🙏
COME TO FATHER by APOLOGETIX a great Beatles parody
Man! I never knew he had such a tough childhood with two such debilitating illnesses! OMG!
What a rough life!!
And look at him now, healthy in his old age!
Did you know that Ringo's son in law Joe Walsh of the Eagles 🎸😎
Love Ringo love Beatles ( all so talented and all solo stars((( Inc x drummers N bass players)) and rd crew arrange ers production the band that invented Beat pop Ringo most st wise and a good very good act er N not a bad film director T Rex movie 🎥🍿
Vida longa a Ringo Star 🇧🇷 ✌🏼 💘
I thought it sad and unfair to say his first marriage broke up because of Ringo's affairs but didn't mention Maureen's devastating affair with George Harrison (during George's marriage to Patti Boyd). Let's be fair.
RICHARD STARKEY!
I love Ringo. He lookgrea
informative
Some of the best bands didn't get along well, creative and personal tension good for the music?
Who on Earth would let Moonie babysit ? I'm younger than I thought ❤❤ .
My dogs name is Ringo,he thinks this is about him
RINGO HAD ENOUGH MONEY TO GO AWAY INTO EARLY RETIREMENT BUT I GUESS BEING FAMOUS PUSHES YOU TO KEEP DOING THINGS...ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIKE THE LIMELIGHT. EVEN IN HORSE RACINGS MOST OF THE JOCKEYS DON'T WANT TO WALK AWAY FROM THE HORSES. I WONDER WHAT HE'S UP TO IN 2024...
Ringo also is Joe Walshs' brother in law.
Ringo made a statement on tv some years ago after he got older how Paul was killed in car accident and some other guy I think his name was Billy took Pauls place. Did anyone else hear this??? I can not be the only one. He said Paul got in an argument with I think his name was Phil Spector as Phil wouldn't listen so Paul drove off angry and crashed. I will put allegedly for legal protection.
