Very few. I would say 90% of punk/metal drummers will use double bass for gallop beat at this speed. Smelly from NOFX is one who doesn’t.

Fuck me is that single kick pedal skill good, almost more if not better than Byron McMackin, and this is coming from a diehard Pennywise fan. Using a double bass kick would make it look less impressive for sure.
