    Employer Red Flags:
    1. Family = lack of boundaries
    2. Work hard, play hard
    3. Wear multiple hats = all in one employee
    4. Self starter= no onboarding or support
    5. Roles or duties "Defined when you're already in"
    6. Negative comments on the company
    7. Process = Chaos
    8. Vague answers
    9. Free work during interview
    10. No collaboration in job offer

    “Self-Starter” is a good one. That does mean you will be on your own

    Can you do one for bait and switch? Company posted X amount. I applied. Company recruiter tried to get me at a lower amount at Y. I sent an email to her and the sales director stating that I applied to X role with X salary. No formal offer has been given.
