Unique experience: When I was really little and playing this level, I just could not figure out the paint puzzle AT ALL (I was like 6 or 7). However that night, I actually dreamt about this level and that I successfully solved the puzzle. The next day, I used the same strategy from my dream, and I FINALLY got the token.

The weird thing is in the PS1 version if you try to fight the Jackhammer boss without the disc launcher the controller will start to vibrate in a weird pattern
Missing one of his eyes, Mr. Potato Head looks like Cyclops the one-eyed monster. Mr. Potato Head without one of his eyes reminds me that Andy uses him as One-Eyed Bart. Well, snap to it, you have to find Mr. Potato Head's eye in order to get the Disk Launcher. And then, you can defeat the Jackhammer!
This level is basically getting over it but in PS1, everytime I spend like 5 minutes climbing the building as a kid I fall over and restart the whole climbing process :(

The robot boss fight in the attic of Andy's house scared me as a little kid.

For me #1 definitely was slime monster (level 6)

The spider gunro boss used to freak me out. Something about the music and how he would float at you

I think the Jack Hammer Boss Zurg in the attic at Andy's house and the dinosaur boss at Al's Toy Barn scared me the most as a kid lol

This is an emulated PS1 version, couldn't get my PC version working unfortunately (looks even better!)

It's PC, I used to have it on pc, now I only have it on ps1 and its graphics are not alike
The PS1/PC/DC versions also have way better music
