One of the most important freatures of the zfc against the z50 is that it can be used in webcam mode, plugged to your PC trough usbc 3.0 and it will be tranfering video and charging at the same time, perfect for a videoblog setup. No dummy bateries or extra cables. Simply setup.
The zfc should have had a iso dial on the top of the screen. That’s been the biggest complaint I have heard about. I picked up the z50 recently because I like the flip down screen.
Good video thanks. Also notice that the Z50 has 2 users settings option in the main dial + one extra function button in front, and also a ISO button that allows you to go on ISO AUTO easily.
Hey Sun, I'm really glad that the video was helpful to you. Ya, sadly both the cameras do not have a headphone jack. Even I feel it's a big issue. Thank you for sharing your thoughts bro!☺️
❤️ Z fc purchased mine with Smallrigg grip hot shoe cover/level anti glare screen protector spare battery and 16-50mm lens customised video record button for Auto/iso 👍🏼added a Artisan 50mm f0:9.5 lens 😊 it’s also compatatble with my Z 50mm f1.8 Z14-30mm f4.0 Z 24-200mm TT artisan 11mm f2.8 fisheye and my Nikon SB400 completes my little kit 😊👍🏼💕 Excellent revue and comparison 😊👍🏼 I hope a MKII comes with IBIS and possibly a flash as in the FUJIFILM XT10 20 & 30 bodies it should be to difficult for them ?
Congratulations bro! Happy to hear that you purchased such a good camera and now you kit is complete. And you are right bro, I wish they could add ibis in mkii as well. Anyways, all the best for your future. Keep creating good work. And thank you so much for sharing your thoughts bro 🤗👍
Regarding the grip, smallrig have a L shape grip (3480) for the zfc also you can use a power bank as an option power source - not available on z50 (make sure you have spare en-el25 batteries)
@@camerathencoffee Yes, more than enough lens with the FTZ, with the conversion to M42, I can use Pentax lens and the Olympus mount I can use the Olympus lens. One more mount is the EF to Z autofocus made by Viltrox, I can use the autofocus on the Canon. I have autofocus 85mm Viltrox lens. I still have more lens to play with that need to convert.
Just because the Z50 doesn't have fancy dials on the top doesn't mean it has more "basic" controls. You still have the front and rear dials. Also Z FC has no easy way to turn Auto ISO on or off like the Z50 ISO+Front Dial
@@thewalkingvloggingman7152 I tried a Zfc in my local camera shop and it felt super cheap compared to my Z50. Also not having any grip was really awkward... But it has it's upsides also of course
Huh? Sorry but I’m a native English speaker and it’s difficult to understand what you’re saying here. I’m assuming you mean the Zfc is better looking than any camera regardless of price?
Dün bir tane Zfc sipariş ettim ve bugün gelmesini bekliyorum. En güzel fotoğraflarımı onunla çekeceğime inanıyorum. Not: Ben bir amatör fotoğrafçı sayılırım:)
You made a video about the 2 cameras without explainig the most important thing, PICTURE QUALITY of both of them, including sample pictures....that is what is the most relevant for me! If I dont know that, the video gets becomes for me useless! But thanks a lot for the video and work
@@camerathencoffee I'd be very surprised if they backed it with a nice plethora of APSC lenses. Just like Canon, Nikon really wants you to buy their FF lenses for their APSC mirrorless line so you can easily move up to their FF bodies.
@@camerathencoffee So you'd be buying a retro-styled camera with an adapter and ginormous FF lenses attached with weird focal lengths that don't match the Zfc's aesthetic.
For comparison videos of Nikon Zfc with its main competitors, check the playlists. Thank you for watching. ☺️

Thank you for this information Yuri. I will surely talk about these features in my future videos ☺️. You are very kind!
I have a nikon Z6 for weddings.
Can I use this camera as a back up camera.
Why not. Which one are you planning to buy?
This made me finalise zfc ☺️
All the best with the ZFC bro...keep creating! ⭐️
Thank you for this to-the-point comparison....☺️
Thank you for watching it bro...means a lot.
Thx ! Very helpful. I believe that the Z50 does not have an audio output jack but the Zfc does have one. This is a big issue for me

Such an informative video 👏✨
Thanks Deepika... I loved crafting this one. ☺️

Nice comparison. But for me it's first coffee, then grab the camera ☕+ 📷

Thank you for this info Ronald... it was helpful...☺️
The three things they missed in making an F series retro 1- its not full frame 2- screw-in cable release 3- and its not full frame.
Agree with your points Scott 👍
I love old SLR, Nikon Zfc fit in my catalogue and has the mirrorless. I also owned Nikon Z6 and a few lens.
That's really great bro, you'll be able to use all those lenses with the zfc ☺️

The front button near the lens mount can be programmed for ISO sensitivity settings for quick access to Auto ISO. That's what I did on my Zfc.
Everything and any camera no matter what the costs asides Nikon Z fc beats all in its looks.
Totally agree with you Balwant ☺️ Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

💡 You can use high quality
_'Voigtlander Z lenses'_ on both Cameras
Velmi pekna recenzia len sa nespomenulo ze ani ZFC ani Z50 nema stabilizovany snimac a to je velka chyba oproti olympusu ktory to ma .

Is there any difference in low light autofocus?
Yes Stanley, the zfc goes upto -4.5 light level with low light AF, whereas the z50 goes upto -4 light level.
Z50 is made of magnesium Alloy but Zfc is plastic…
Thank you for sharing your thoughts bro... Zfc do have magnesium alloy on the front and top cover 👍☺️
Yeah, one is a Nikon and the other is a cheap Fuji knock-off. Lol.
😁 So are you planning to buy any?

It would be rather good to go for third party lenses that matches the aesthetic too..
