The left arm should should flex inwards a bit to avoid the bowstring hitting the forearm which hurts like a bitch and is the reason archers often have the leather padding on the forearm. Grip on the bow should also relax a bit to avoid accidentally twisting it on release. Right hand could lightly touch the cheek or chin to make it easier to repeat the shot if necessary. Your channel is a great source on how to do gestures/poses in a short clip. I've been practicing basic poses for now, but with enough time, practice and patience, I'd be able to do more complex gestures in the future

This is by using your arm to draw, not just your wrist. Try drawing moving your elbow or your whole arm, you'll get a long range of movement.
