    Hi Clint maybe get Tucker a filter helmet system because he’s to young to be breathing those fumes. Just saying don’t get mad.

      Couldn't he just wear a stocking cap and face mask along with a couple covid masks once the mask mandates are put permanently in place?

      @@geesss8675Maybe, if it were just some light dust in the air, BUT as he was cutting and then welding down inside the bucket, he was breathing some nasty gasses too. It`s why I agreed with `juanwaller`.

      Couldn’t agree more. But he’s young and influenced by shop culture. So if Dad doesn’t use one, don’t expect a youngster to use one either.

      You are raising some impressive young men. They are like sponges soaking up the real world experience and expertise you guys have in the shop. I imagine you were very similar about 25 years ago from what we have seen of your dad’s heavy equipment skills. Tucker’s finished product looks like some quality work.

    Clinton, if you ever went to a seminar, where they had you write on a piece of paper, what you did in life, you would have to ask for extra paper to write on as you are a instructor, fabricator, businessman, operator, etc., But most of all, a father, who teaches his sons the correct way to do things.     I was just thinking that Tucker was acting depressed, then you asked him what was wrong, that young guy has a lot to be proud of, those are some of the best welds I've seen in a long time, and I watch a whole-lot of these fabrication/garage channels, awesome work Tucker,👍, great video guys, and thanks for sharing.

    I get the biggest kick out of Tucker. You can tell that he’s really a fine young man but he doesn’t smile enough. Your dad is a wonderful mentor and example of what fathers do best: give their son’s teaching and instruction from their own personal life’s experience.

    My husband restored classic vehicles prior to his major heart attack, he always tried to include our Grandchildren and children in his work to teach them work ethics and how machines work. He admires you doing the same, God bless your family!!!

    90 percent of the types of work you deal with is real good to watch being done . Tucker will end up a coded welder ,a few years on . Good on him

    You called those drain holes in the uprights on the dozer blade brush guard. Those are not drain holes, they are there for them mud daubers to plug up solid. You're welcome. 😁

    Those oxygen lances are great to lance through a track pin but I prefer an arc air gouger, much cleaner and faster. Cheaper too.

    Good job, last time I rebuilt a bucket I did it with a stick welder, went through a bunch of rods and grinding discs, thanks for sharing your jobs.

    Tucker this experience and the skills your honing are priceless. My best friend took welding thru BOCES 46 years ago. He welded in the Steel workers union for 10 years. He now owns a fabrication shop worth a couple million dollars.

    I welded a few times in my life. It’s not easy you learn a good skill and you can go places. PS quit being so modest. You did great compared to some people and some welds that I have really seen you’re just as good as welders on the pipeline for being 17 keep up the good work bud.
