I was just waiting for somebody to come bursting out of a closet or side room. 'WHATAREYOUDOINGINMYHAAOOUSSE!!" I've helped take care of folk from my local church who lived in houses and apartments that looked just like this. I"ve seen living conditions worse than this place. Just be careful. I would suggest that you make loud, vocal announcements that you are there next time you visit an "abandoned" place like that. So you don't get shot by the original home owner or a squatter. Loved the video man.
I like it. Isolated. Peaceful. Nature all around. This kind of living requires work. Everything and anything that is needed is usually made right there. Thanks for respecting the property. Cool video.
Thanks for sharing. This brought back memories of my dad and I doing these kinds of investigations??? Lol I'm 69y and I remember us going on Saturdays to search for abandoned homes, old cemeteries. My favourite was when we would use the metal and actually find interesting things around odd properties. I still wish I could do this. 😀
It's sad to see places like this go to waste and very surprised it hasn't been vandelized. I wish i could find a place like this to fix up while I'm still able to and live out my retirement years in peace and quiet. I can never catch a break to find anything i can afford.
Yeah, someone's been living /squatting there, the bath towel looks nice and clean, no dust on that, the overalls the very clean toilet bowel, some of the furniture.
Thank you for sharing this video. What a lovely place to live, where it's quiet and peacefull. This must have been a beautifull house in its day. A pity it has been left to ruin.😢🙏💗💗
I'm not saying you're wrong about the cans and dates, but I have cans of food that are 15 years old. We're preppers and we learned a long time ago that the dates on most foods are just a way to get you to throw it out and buy more. Yes, we've eaten food out of cans that are 15, 14, 13, 10, years old. Perfectly good. The one you have to watch is tomato products. They will sometimes burst and make a mess. Basically, if we abandoned our house and left the cans behind, you'd have a tough time figuring it out based on can dates.
It doesn't look long since vacated, I wonder if it's some guy who is on his own, and works away a lot,and is hardly ever off to be there, and that's maybe why it's got so much unfinished work around the whole place ... who knows I guess. Interesting video tho pal. 👍 😎
The clothes look new and the house so clean, my uncle use to do the same thing until he got shot then arrested for trespassing. Be careful, your commiting a lot of crimes.
I wish I knew where this is,I would like paying the Tax on it and refurbishing it to be my last home on Earth. I would have a New Modular placed there as well as an all Natural water and power collection Center placed there an I know that Irrigation Pipe could hold many gallons of stored water and Power. I am a survivalist and know how to live in the desert. I would love buying that.
fear, desperation and huge live changes makes people give up alot, seen it alot. drive thru alleys the day before trash pickup, shocked at what ive found
The only thing that's weird is the jeans and boots. The Jeans look new. It's like someone took them off to shower or something. I find that strange. Other than that its surely abandoned!
What happened, to the owner?.....How long been Abandon?....Its a miracle the windows havent been broken, tons more damage, from losers..........JB.........
I don't know what happened. I'm guessing it's been empty since about 2008 like I said at the end of the video. I'm very happy it hasn't been wrecked by vandals.
Everything very organised,he was good at junk roofing, excellent design ov roof around trailer? Chevy looks like rebadge Mazda/Datsun,good condition, bullet proof, probley start, shooda checked clean oil mileage for us,and a date somewhere,on food, looks unvandalised, but may been robbed once, stove missing, when i saw dungeries, heard banjoz in the dista ce 😮
Great vid. Thanks. I don't get the people commenting about how you're trespassing. You were respectful of the property and left it like you found it. Sure with you could have got in that out building. I was wondering if the wood stove was still in it. I'm guessing somebody stole the one in the house.
My dream is to own a mountain and live on or near the top of it lol. I mean a mountain with trees and flowing water. But this would be cool too. I live in a big border city and don't like it much
1:01 oh yeah the old lady was the first to go when she got the plague in 42. kids died of starvation. in the old man who owned the joint killed himself
This appears to be a classic case a simple-minded hillbillies living there. Simple-minded people can be the most dangerous. If you didn't have a confrontation consider yourself lucky.
Many times like this, the owner of the property is living in a nursing home or has passed away with no family.
If there was a family then all the stuff would end up at Goodwill.

Thanks for sharing and treating the place with dignity. I live and explore near Las Vegas and everything is vandalized.

I just left a 40 year old trailer full of all my belongings. I had to move in a hurry!😢it looks like whoever was there died or left quickly too.
Are you ok??
I hope your ok. Did you live there by finding the place abandoned as well?

Pajarito mesa S.W. of Albuquerque has 10 acre lots starting at 20,000, and much cheaper. No roads, services,or police. Or trees.
How do you know this place hasn't suffered vandalism
Just amazing this place has so much history to tell us 😮
People go into abandoned property's all the time , most of the time the owners have passed away and the ones left dont pay taxes anymore
Still couldn't afford the rent
Overalls and boots seemed relatively recent
Yeah, someone's been living /squatting there, the bath towel looks nice and clean, no dust on that, the overalls the very clean toilet bowel, some of the furniture.
Where is all the sand/dust and cobwebs?

The Chevy Luv is a 4X4 and is worth some money!!
paid 500 for my chevy luv pickup in the mid 80's when I first got my driver's license, good times and good memories
Had one. Was a little beast.
Great little pickups dependable if you take care of it. Chang oil often!!
Looks like a single wide mobile home that has been added on to
Not a terrible place .. It looks like they will be back..
0:59 Looks like a homemade barbers chair
That Chevy had a new radiator hose on it, the sticker is still intact and the clip seems new.
Places like that def a place to pick up hantavirus. I remember an outbreak in the Four Corners region in the 90s when I lived in Colorado
Wish you would have looked at dates on cans and books. It seems nobody has lived there for 20 years. Late 90's early 2000's.

Looks like a trailer from the early 80s... I used to live in one with a virtually identical interior paneling and layout. Bet that's somebody's camp
Maybe a vacation home but I'd guess it's abandoned now, lol definitely had a seventies early eighties vibe didn't it
Many people have showed this exact same place!
Looks like they left in a hurry.
This was awesome ❤ be safe out there !
I have a Feeling someone still comes there, every once and a while, Just be careful.
this feels like a horror movie, them hills have eyes 😬
Looks very liveable and inviting,Thanks
reminds me exploring the wastelands in Fall Out New Vegas
Reminds me of the Manson homestead…Creepy!
I think that's the place the old man passed away.
Omg....if I would have had to have lived there I would have done myself in for sure.....
It is depressing.
Weak. 😅
I wonder if somebody elderly lived there and passed away?
It doesn't look like anybody is coming back there to me. They wouldn't have left it in such a state of disrepair
That's the kind of place you can run into the "Manson family"!!!😮😂
And tons of rattle snakes- May through October
I don't like neighbors. I'm elderly and have a neighbor now that threatens to beat me up all the time . I would be in paradise away from people.
Arm yourself.
That's the cleanest toilet bowl I've seen in any home exploration.😂😂😂
i would like to locate the property records to possibly purchase from the owner IF IT IS NOT IN CALIFORNIA!!
Why, too many Democrats?
It's not in California.
Why don't you people ever look at their expiration dates on the canned food to see about when they were there last that's what we would like to know
@chopperchic8443 yeah the cracker box in the trash with the expiration date would be a clue.
Are u kidding canned food last for years
@@daviddining5192A lot longer than the actual expiration date.
@@daviddining5192 Well it doesn't have to be canned food but there's some kind of idea when somebody was at a place last just saying my thought
The best before dates on the canned goods would have given all of us an accurate span of time since it was occupied.

Wish you would have checked the expiration date on the food for a time frame
Wow hapoy to see this house in good condition wish you shut that glass sliding door keep critters out and weather
The clothes look new and the house so clean, my uncle use to do the same thing until he got shot then arrested for trespassing. Be careful, your commiting a lot of crimes.
He's not taking anything, just looking around.
9:30 there is a calendar on the wall - kinda got a feeling…
This place is really very interesting. I like it.
Must be pretty spooky at night!

Arizona
That was cool. I love touring abandon places... But you didnt focus in on the painting on the sofa. Looked like a snake Jagger painting.
Yeah it looks super clean for being abandoned ❤❤❤❤❤
Until I seen packrats bird n poopies 😮😮😮😮😮
fear, desperation and huge live changes makes people give up alot, seen it alot. drive thru alleys the day before trash pickup, shocked at what ive found
👍 No beer in the pool 😄
I would have looked in glove box for truck registration. At the end he did say trucked last registration tag in 2008.
Strange how some things were left like they were there yesterday but other things strewn around, like they were abducted by aliens
Be careful! He's getting out of jail this week 😮
What state is this in. What hwy is off. I enoyied a lot.. I live on social security. That be cool place
The only thing that's weird is the jeans and boots. The Jeans look new. It's like someone took them off to shower or something. I find that strange. Other than that its surely abandoned!
Rattler heaven right there.
Be nice if he close the doors and window to preserve the place
All the memories, good or bad, were all in there. :((
If it is in Arizona, could you tell me the city, town or county it's in? Would love to go explore it and get some great pics . Thank you!
The town is named Paradise in Arizona.
find out from the county assors office when taxes were paid last. maybe you could get the place from a tax auction.
Nice peice of property i like it.
Looks like someone or more had to leave quickly

Any rattlesnakes around?
I didn't see any.
Great stuff.
Where is this would live to buy and rebuild it
Looks like northern Arizona
Paradise, AZ.
what a beautiful property
Where is this place at?
Great vid. Thanks. I don't get the people commenting about how you're trespassing. You were respectful of the property and left it like you found it. Sure with you could have got in that out building. I was wondering if the wood stove was still in it. I'm guessing somebody stole the one in the house.
Where is this?
Places like this echo with stories we may never know.
It's quite possible ,some used it for a get a away, retreat.
Dude it really look like someone is still living there 😮
Property is still worth saving if you had a few dollars probably about $60,000 you can buy it LOL I know I would😮😮
Amazing!
Watch out for the rattlesnakes wow
My dream is to own a mountain and live on or near the top of it lol. I mean a mountain with trees and flowing water. But this would be cool too. I live in a big border city and don't like it much
Looks like they most likely died there and no family members were notified about it 😢😢😢
Is that PRIVATE PROPERTY?
BLM land.
Those overalls have not been there since 08. Watch yourself.......
1:01 oh yeah the old lady was the first to go when she got the plague in 42. kids died of starvation. in the old man who owned the joint killed himself
Where is this located
Welcome to Perfection, Nevada
id love to fix that up and live in it
Wow it’s on some nice property, probably cheap ?
It's on BLM land.
@@Rustruinsrides wow nice thanks 😊
Hiciste el video solo? , es que escuché un susurro en español, puedes confirmarlo con una respuesta?
The old truck is worth some money it's a 4x4 even it's not running
It doesn’t look abandoned, just alittle neglected. Kind of like my brothers house.
What is to become of deserted home? Homeless shelter??
No idea. Hopefully someone will do something with it before it completely falls apart.
If you found it through goggle maps, did you search to see who owns the property?
I tried multiple times, no address, no info. It's now on BLM land.
@@Rustruinsrides what's BLM mean?
@@KristinaG-nj1is Bureau Land Management. Basically govt land
@@dieselguy62 thank you for explaining that to me, I didn't know..
@@dieselguy62Basically the property was abandoned and no heirs to claim it.
Possibly a decoy , all the good stuff under ground?
