Not joking, I spent almost 2 hours watching this very video. The fact that I had to listen to the song in English to see how it is in the original language, and in Portuguese to bring me nostalgia is honestly pretty cool. "Dude, We're Gettin' The Band Back Together!" is sort of Phineas and Ferb's answer to SpongeBob's "Band Geeks". Both are fan-favorite episodes of shows that Dan Povenmire worked on. Both episodes also have a heavy music motif and end with a song (and concert) that's become an iconic moment for the fandoms! My favorite Phineas and Ferb song is "Summer Belongs To You". I actually think it's eons better than "Gitchie Gitchie Goo", and sounds more like a grand finale than the ACTUAL grand finale song for the show! Plus, "Summer Belongs To You!" first aired the day before my ninth birthday, so it's also super nostalgic for me. And on top of that, "Across The Second Dimension" first aired two days before my tenth birthday one year later!
The subjectivity is what makes this list interesting. Songs like Busted and Ain't Got Rhythm obviously will be in the top, but I had a blast seeing Mexican Jewish Cultural Festival there as well

I think the craziest thing about all these amazing songs is that each song only took an hour to write and compose. I’m not lying. In the bonus features for the Phineas and Ferb movie there was a video of creators talking and showing their creative process when it came to writing and composing a Phineas and Ferb song. They were even timed and the end result was one hour. And they did this for every single song. It’s insane and amazing.
I’m Jewish, and I agree the Mexican-Jewish Cultural Festival song is absolutely hilarious. Plus, there are so many cute details to pick apart. S tier for sure. Oy-lé! P.s. I just rewatched “I Scream, You Scream” to see the “Busted” song in its original context, and I realized something. The twist of the blueprint mixup means that Phineas and Ferb accidentally built a space laser for their Jewish friend. 😂🤣😂
The Phineas and Ferb really takes pride in its music and I love that about it. It's clear how passionate they were about it. Not every show can pull off having a song in almost every episode.
The last 10 or so minutes of Dude, We're Getting the Band back Together is permanently and perfectly ingrained in my memory, so I can say with absolute certainty that You Snuck Your Way Right Into My Heart is a musical masterpiece
Fr the episode is arguably the best in the series, spoiled by a double feature packed with three top-tier songs that just get better as the episode moves along, culminating in one of the most satisfying endings in the series.
This was my introduction to Phineas and Ferb, and now rewatching this video the thing that stood out the most was Schaff's Doofenshmirtz impression. It's incredible.
First saw this show like 12-13 years ago in 2008 as a dumb stupid idiot 5 year old. I would watch pretty much every new episode when they premiered up until 2012 or 2013. I even saw the movie on premiere night back in August 2011 and had it recorded on my DVR for years until 2015 when we replaced it. Now being 18, I can truly say that this is one of the greatest shows of all time. In an era of bad to mediocre cartoons, this was one that stood out as great to watch at any age. It’s aged so well. Thank you for hitting me in the feels.

A quick thought on Truck Driving Girl, about Ferb using drumsticks on the guitar: you actually can use drumsticks on a guitar. It's similar to a pick sound, but more like a mix between that, piano, and like banjo. It's a weird sound, but not a bad one. It's not a *standard* way of making sound on a guitar, but it does, in fact, work.

I think the craziest thing about all these amazing songs is that each song only took an hour to write and compose. I’m not lying. In the bonus features for the Phineas and Ferb movie there was a video of creators talking and showing their creative process when it came to writing and composing a Phineas and Ferb song. They were even timed and the end result was one hour. And they did this for every single song. It’s insane and amazing.

First saw this show like 12-13 years ago in 2008 as a dumb stupid idiot 5 year old. I would watch pretty much every new episode when they premiered up until 2012 or 2013. I even saw the movie on premiere night back in August 2011 and had it recorded on my DVR for years until 2015 when we replaced it.
Now being 18, I can truly say that this is one of the greatest shows of all time. In an era of bad to mediocre cartoons, this was one that stood out as great to watch at any age. It’s aged so well. Thank you for hitting me in the feels.
Phineas and Ferb came in the era of Golden Age Disney. So i say the creators were lucky that they put out P&F in the right timing

@@dkisausome Things like spongebob and family guy are made by people who are greedy and thus are just making garbage to profit off it cuz it's popular and was noticed once for being really good. Nickelodeon is too focused with their stuff cuz they're making so many stuff at once so they can't have time to make any of them good. Phineas and Ferb isn't that.
A quick thought on Truck Driving Girl, about Ferb using drumsticks on the guitar: you actually can use drumsticks on a guitar. It's similar to a pick sound, but more like a mix between that, piano, and like banjo. It's a weird sound, but not a bad one. It's not a *standard* way of making sound on a guitar, but it does, in fact, work.

The lyrics, animation, rhythm, and attention to detail was a pure pleasure. They even had the bottle dancing from Fiddler on the Roof! And don't get me STARTED on the absolute genius of oy-lay
