20:00 🤣 An EXCELLENT ending - when he's done arguing with the LEO and obviously FURIOUS, he thinks he's going to step on it and just take off, yet they distracted him just long enough to pull that patrol car up AND he was 100% surrounded. LOLOL, I thoroughly enjoyed this one.👍 (There's a better angle on another station where you can tell he was so distracted arguing that he didn't see the patrol car pull up - he went to take off, THEN saw it and was enraged!)
This was similar to the UK method of TPAC (Tactical Pursuit And Containment). We have used the method for a number of years. You get one unit in front of the suspect, another alongside and one to the rear and slow the suspect down and contain them bringing them to a halt. Have spent 22 years as a Traffic Patrol Officer in the London Met Police I'm surprised with the lack of action usually displayed by units in the US. Also in the UK it is the primary unit that dictates the action not by senior officers not on scene, the principal Officer is the one with the whole picture. Furthermore we have the advantage that when sworn in as a Constable your jurisdiction extends to the whole of England & Wales, although London Metropolitan Officers have some powers in Scotland as they are sworn as Constables of the Metropolis and Royal Palaces.
For all the commenters claiming the dude should have been left alone, or that it's the police's fault they started the chase... Explain to me exactly why this guy gets a pass on putting plates on this car? If you want the privileges, you have to also accept the responsibilities.
In Philadelphia, the police aren't allowed to pull you over for not having a license plate. They can only pull you over for a driving/moving violation and only ticket you for not having the plate. If you don't have a plate but are following all road rules, then they can't stop you. The democrats love it as stealing a car has never been easier.
all they got to do is have one cop pull up in front of the car, keep the suv on the side and 1 more cop behind the car and slowly box the guy in. Would of lasted like 10 minutes 😂
This may not be the right place to ask this question, but you seem like the type of guy who knows how to get stuff done. Could you please tell me how to change a light bulb?
@@David.Sky.Walker I got you. You untwist it till the bulb comes loose enough to come out of the socket. Once done take your new light bulb and slowly twist it into the same place you got the old one. Good luck!

CHP officers are trained to de-escalate situations and only bring enough force necessary for the situation.
Please, put more attention in class! You miss all the details buddy 😉🙂😉😉 😂😂😂
Ok, I will tell you, you didn't see that police asked someone one on the back seat to scroll over to give a room for all the bags and suitcases to put on the back seat? Take a look and pay attention one more time. Talk is cheap, don't be such ignorant! 🙈🙈🙉
@@367nilson don't be so judgmental,,, angry?
@@367nilsonThere we’re a number of police cars there. Did any of them have a cage, I wonder? Having any suspect in the front seems a little dangerous to me.
Exactly what I thought..one of them at least must've recognized him or something
3 months of walking to the US FOR NOTHING! hasta la vista😂
😂
Why is the reporter having conversations with people the video audience can't hear?
This is the first time I have seen a suspect placed in the passenger front seat????????
Its funny how we see videos on law enforcement telling people its illegal to record law enforcement doing there job, but at 24:40 you see a guy literally 10 feet away taking footage of this event. I liked how the officers treated this guy.
While we watch the whole thing on TV anyway.
It's not illegal at all to record law enforcement in public.
Stop watching stupid auditor videos.
You can record, but there's a minimum distance, less than that and the cops MAY act.
You can record - at a specific distance - usually 8 to 10 feet away.
he called shotgun and the cops must have looooved that joke
One: he was going south on Hawthorne Blvd... not west. And he was in Torrance city limits at that time... not Redondo Beach.
Californians: "Oh my gosh! They seem to be doing maneuvers in an attempt to stop the criminal. What an unusual and aggressive tactic! I wonder why they are trying to stop the criminal! Just letting him go is something we see quite frequently in situations like this."
Texans: "Please don't ever move to Texas."
Or Washington. We've got enough dirty lawless cockroaches infesting this place as it is.
Full pursuit? More like a joy ride on a Sunday morning with flowers in bloom
Is he here legally?
Is the President in office legally? Lol
Ah. You're only allowed criminal behavior if u're legal? Makes so much sense..
Excellent Job Guys!!👏👏👏 the police 🚔 very a lot polite!!👏👏👏😎👍...God Bless you FOREVER 🙏👐😎👍...Amen 🙏
More of this Felix! Loved it!
Looks like they gave him the royal treatment by placing him in front of the police car inside instead of the backseat…
Tigerfan1200: Well, he only fled the police, a felony, RAN THREE red lights, and stopped for all of the others - maybe that's why they gave him special treatment...
wow, driving w/o plates ! now, that is a CRIME worth a chase ! Duh !
Well, maybe if someone driving without plates did a hit and run on ur car, you'd think differently.
I don't understand, why the police officers don't block him at the traffic lights stop. The ongoing pursuit unneccessarily puts a lot of citizens in danger.
He’s not driving casually. The guy’s car top speed is about 40 mph only. 😂
There are good cops out there may God watch over them 🙏
This can't be real, like I swear this isn't real
@alanknight7912: Remember. This was in California... where the unreal is the institutionalized norm.
It's California.. it's real
Great job this is one of the first times I’ve ever seen hats off to the CHP if that was local law-enforcement, enough said😮
It’s the Grinch. Check out his green shirt. Wanted for stealing Christmas…
Great job officers 👏
Hilarious
20:00 🤣 An EXCELLENT ending - when he's done arguing with the LEO and obviously FURIOUS, he thinks he's going to step on it and just take off, yet they distracted him just long enough to pull that patrol car up AND he was 100% surrounded. LOLOL, I thoroughly enjoyed this one.👍 (There's a better angle on another station where you can tell he was so distracted arguing that he didn't see the patrol car pull up - he went to take off, THEN saw it and was enraged!)
"...today,...I'm just going to drive around, and see what happens....🤪"
Famous last words of a joy rider ...🌷...
Cops:
OK. WHY didn't you...pull over ??!
He was ok until he run through that light.
The end of the pursuit was hella smooth 😭😭😭
That was smooth how CHP did that, blocked him in while he was distracted by talking to one of the Officers, good job.
Dude created a nice diversion, some real stuff was happening somewhere else
It's highway patrol, what could possibly be distracting?
Yeah, his family was sneaking in!
@@missmorena1049 LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
He was just trying to get home from work, nice guy. 🤣🤣
😂😂
For all the commenters claiming the dude should have been left alone, or that it's the police's fault they started the chase... Explain to me exactly why this guy gets a pass on putting plates on this car? If you want the privileges, you have to also accept the responsibilities.
Im surprised the governor didn't also sign into law that you don't need license plates on your car because it puts certain groups at a disadvantage.
Democrats love that stealing cars has never been easier? Is that what you're saying? Why do they love it? I'm so confused by your last sentence.
@@David.Sky.Walker Sounds like critical thinking is NOT your strength 😂
all they got to do is have one cop pull up in front of the car, keep the suv on the side and 1 more cop behind the car and slowly box the guy in. Would of lasted like 10 minutes 😂
This may not be the right place to ask this question, but you seem like the type of guy who knows how to get stuff done. Could you please tell me how to change a light bulb?
@@David.Sky.Walker lmao 🤣😂😆😂
@@David.Sky.Walker I got you. You untwist it till the bulb comes loose enough to come out of the socket. Once done take your new light bulb and slowly twist it into the same place you got the old one. Good luck!
@@leosmith4225 Thank you so much. I really appreciate that.
Never seen a suspect being seated in the front seat! 😂
It's common knowledge that you really don't have to have plates on your car there if you fit a narrative.
*If you are a working person then get some plates, you won't get that preferential treatment*
They treated him like if he was related to one of the cops or something, cool cops
It's like public service announcement that it's fine to run from police.
