    A Zero hour contract on the basis of being a 'self employed' worker offers you no protection from bad employers who refuse to pay you your wages. You have no effective recourse from the law at all under such a contract to force employers to do so. Applying to the courts for a CCJ to recover your wages is ineffective as court bailiffs can't recover anything from a company office if it only contains a chair, table and computer. Trying to complain to government employment bodies will result in you being informed that no help is available as you have no rights in the eyes of the law. Many of the workers in the security industry who protect the public from terrorist and other attacks at big events work under these conditions. It's a disgrace.

    I choose not to work even though I am well under the state retirement age and perfectly fit and healthy because I object to how the government spends my tax. I don't claim benefits of any kind and never have but I pay the absolute minimum in tax that I can legally get away with and have no wish to increase my income just so I can pay them more tax which they will squander. I own my house outright and live off investments and savings utilising all the tax free options I can and my quality of life is fantastic. I can't stop them welcoming people into the country and providing them with endless free benefits but I can make sure it's not me who's helping to fund it.

    Country is doomed if more regulation for small companies. Plus keeps importing cheap labour. Dont for forget boris sacked 40k care workers for no jab then imported overseas then pay less. And all this will be topped up by tax payers. 40k wage with family not to be a bet drain. Just like house rentals its all about big companies and forcing out the little man . Like amazon can off shore and side step taxes but small uk companies cannot. Then we have our out of control public sector with unlimited sick pay and pensions.

    I have done more "work placements" (Adult work experience) than real work my Aspergers makes it hard to get a job sure but walking into an interview full of none whites eventually taught me that I am just there as a diversity interview as when I go to the place that didn't give me the job it's always some dark skinned person that made the cut dispite my CV full of work placement history with glowing reviews (Not my words in fact I have never read the reviews) of the work I did.
    If I am such a great worker why am I never hired? With college exam results of 75% to 95% why I am never hired? With a ton of charity work and a thank you letter from my local Mayor for highly supporting her charity why I am I hot hired?
    What else do they want? Dark skin that is what.

    All businesses in the future will tend towards increasing super efficiency which means that employers need increasingly more expert employees who add considerable value to the business and worth their weight in gold. In the UK there are far too many low skilled, lazy, free loaders who just know enough to keep their job as if it's 1950. Hahaha. Look, in a lightning fast changing technology based world we need highly skilled folk who can read a scientific paper and implement it in modular electronics or code it in software. Great Britain needs highly skilled folk who can optimise for maximum profit and minimum cost as it's a competitive global market. Hahaha.

    Not contradicting Bens points on the cost of doing business, with excessive red tape and regulation....and/or HR lawfare;
    BUUUUUUUUUUUUUT... If business looked after their staff fairly and properly of their own volition (exceptions duly noted), there would be no need for such legislation.
    How did business get away with importing/paying for cheap migrant labour for instance and destroying our economic future as a concequence ?
    1. Government allowed it and encouraged it.
    2. Business was more than happy to exploit those workers at the UK expense. Especially the vulture capitalists and metropolitan globalist national asset strippers.
    3. The nature of Global competition with other countries DEMANDS a race to the bottom against the cheapest slave economy.
    Otherwise everything you look at has MADE IN CHINA stamped on it for instance.
    Dont bother looking at that label of course. You can ignore your lying little eyes.
