I wasn't aware they cost that much but if they're able to push other appliances besides a laptop and router then it will be worth the price

I bought one but I noticed the fan is not spinning. I am using it with a small TV and decoder. Together they draw 30w. I'm guessing the fan only goes on if you connect something that draws more power?

Yes - mostly when the device to heat up the fan kicks in.
A condition that triggers is when it draws more power as you said.

Hi, please advise mine is showing E05 error code it's currently not charging but it's fully charged 100%

I mostly got that error when I plugged appliances that consumes power bigger than what the portable station can provide.
What did you connect to it when you get the E error?

I left it to charge when I took it to charge my phone it showed that error, it wasn't charging anything

Uhmmm very weird - I never came across that.
Maybe its a factory fault on your item, maybe try to return it. Else, please let us know what your fix for that was
