      From where exactly you want to Extract exactly the 3 digit number? From Left, Right or middle?

    How am I supposed to extract only the first letter of the last name and given name? If I have a middle name what is the best choice to do it? Thx

      Use text to column to separate last name then use right function to get first letter of last name....
