Why would you want tight sleeves? Its difficult to move with tight clothes on! Oh excuse me this must be for people with skinny arms. My problem is mine are too tight.
For sure! I think using your time effectively is a good one. When attending to a patient, instead of having to go back and forth to the patients. Try to meet all their needs when you go in so they don't call as soon as you leave.
From what I see when the sleeve was taken in the shoulder part did not seem to be hanging over the shoulder. I was wondering do you have a way to shorten the shoulder seam too?
Yeah that didn't make sense haha. I mean for you if they are a bit snug and you don't like that then you can go a size larger. For myself I like them more fitting so I go with a size small when I usually wear a medium.
I suspect based on your you sp2ns your shift attached to your nurse manager and letting other pick up your slack. If you were truly working those weak seams wouldn't hold up.

You could go a size larger if they are too tight but I usually go a size smaller

My scrub is extending down to my thighs how can I make it till hips(cannot tuck in because it has 2 pockets)
