No , no no , you are exactly right. She doesn’t ever show a video of st nick day. She definitely is a liar. I was thinking the same thing when I heard her doing it. She was buying Christmas ornaments in a video today and she was getting a ornament for Patrick and says oh SHES going to love this, she lies so much she confuses herself and forgets what she’s supposed to be doing so you know it’s for show
We have always celebrated St. Nicholas Day, but I have only ever known one other person in real life near me who did. Yes, it's Christian but usually Catholic in roots as it's Feast day for that Saint. People can do what they want, but in our family it's always been we (now our children) put out their shoes on the evening of Dec 5th and then St. Nicholas brings by a few very small gifts to wake up to inside them on Dec 6th. For our tradition, we have done a fun or exotic fruit, a special candy, and a small toy. By small I mean like $5-$10 (inflation makes this more difficult but it is possible). Sometimes he will put a few candy canes on our Xmas tree to find on Christmas Day later in the month. It's just supposed to be something little like that, not Christmas 2.0. I also don't love when people take on a tradition without knowing what it's about even a little bit. Again, that's just me.
Dought she has celebrated it that long since it's a holiday that only a few cities in the midwest really celebrate. And everyone i know who didnt grow up or raise kids in the midwest has never heard of it. Where I'm from the traditional gifts are an orange, chocolate coins, candy canes and an ornament that represents the last year (so the kid has sentimental ornaments when they move out) Not a bunch of cheap trash...
@Caitlin1928 That's what I'm saying.. She doesn't live where it's celebrated so it's kind of odd she celebrates it. It's also such a Catholic holiday (at least where I'm from) Is she religious?
Christmas Eve gifts are a German tradition , we used to love it as kids going to the grandparents and then Christmas day and the other grandparents, we didn't get much but it was awesome as kids 😁🎅🎄👋🇦🇺🎅🎄
Nikolaus has a catholic origin, but in Austria where I live, everyone celebrates it, not just the "religious". However... it is usually a simple tradition. Our kids put their boots out and they will be filled with a few treats, nuts etc. Alicia is using it for content and another reason to splurge. I notice her kids see it being celebrated at neighbour's homes and say it's unfair they don't have it. There is nothing wrong with saying "no" to your kids🙄. They are already so overloaded with material stuff..
Hi what is funny She Celebrats St.Nicolas day when it's over. I am German and I live in the UK. The tradition is on the 5th of December Children put out they shoes and in that night he comes and fills it or put like the end of a kinda Witches broom (when you been Naughty) you don't really get presents. You get chocolate and sweets and oranges and Apple. I do give my boy a present nothing big. So St Nicolas day is on the 6th of December. She is so over the top.
Your cheeky snark on Lush is always amazingly entertaining!!! This is the first I'm seeing about any St. Nicholas celebration. Those matching PJs are just ... embarrassing for the older ones; separately, if my van looked as filthy and cluttered as hers, I would maybe angle my camera a bit differently. Looks like she's a total hoarder, which would align with all of her gargantuan shopping hauls and generally overdoing things. I'm personally really broke, so this year I had the idea to buy a whole bunch of random useful and/or silly items from Ali Express and Temu and my plan's to wrap each one the same with no name tag, put them in a huge dollar store Santa gift bag for everyone to pick a couple, have a chance to swap one and make a little game out of it. I really only spent around $75 across 8 people!
Im catholic but this is just confusing. It basically a miniture Christmas before Christmas 🤷. Im all for celebrating but i would need it to be different than Christmas. Perhaps a thoughtful homemade card and gift. In the boot with a homemade treat known to everyone that we are making the gifts and they should be religiously themed gifts. I mean Santa is coming at the end of the month why would he come twice.
The economy in Sweden is in the crapper for most ppl too. 😑 my kids will not be getting as much at Christmas this year, I just ca’nt afford it anymore even if my sallary has gone up, but so has my bills, my rent and food prices 🤷🏼♀️
so....last year or year before they didn't wear matching jama???? i don't watch them truly genuine AND if they did how do you know it wasnt st nick day? you think she would have mentioned it by name? your probably right lol
She just has no class... all about bragging about all the things n food she can buy... the families of those kids must feel like crap knowing they can't give any of that..
I think that people should leave Alicia alone. It is a great deal of work, to raise and support 11 children. The children appear to be happy, healthy, getting along, , going to school, clean, clothed, etc.

@Jade18E I didn't leave the German school til I was 16(started at 7) and still looked forward to putting my shoes out! I loved the anticipation, lol!
Alicia really does her kids a disservice, not allowing them any anticipation over anything.x
I love your vids on her!! Good job calling her out!
The best gift you can give a kid is love and spending time with them
Thank you for keeping it real Ammy. Merry Christmas to you & your family🎄
She gave them the matching pajamas last year on Christmas Eve
No , no no , you are exactly right. She doesn’t ever show a video of st nick day. She definitely is a liar. I was thinking the same thing when I heard her doing it. She was buying Christmas ornaments in a video today and she was getting a ornament for Patrick and says oh SHES going to love this, she lies so much she confuses herself and forgets what she’s supposed to be doing so you know it’s for show
Ok but i do low-key like her green mixing bowl 😂
It’s very festive 😇
I actually agree with you on all of this!!
Traditions and special gifts and holidays are more memorable and special when you don't have them every day.
Browsing to me is looking when you can’t afford it like in Harrods I’d look at things that’s cute like in an art Gallery so I do a lot of it lol 😂
She's in New York though, not the Midwest.
@Caitlin1928 That's what I'm saying.. She doesn't live where it's celebrated so it's kind of odd she celebrates it. It's also such a Catholic holiday (at least where I'm from)
Is she religious?
@@vetiver_voidnot that I've seen. She praises the Almighty Dollar & how quickly she can spend that Almighty Dollar.
I’m a NYC girl, born and raised, from a Catholic Irish/Italian family, 12 years of Catholic school…we always celebrated St Nicholas Day
never seen st nick day before on her channel !!!
Christmas Eve gifts are a German tradition , we used to love it as kids going to the grandparents and then Christmas day and the other grandparents, we didn't get much but it was awesome as kids 😁🎅🎄👋🇦🇺🎅🎄
I call it putzing, luxuriating to be fancy lmao. Jus coz u go to a store doesn't mean u gotta buy or go crazy if u do
Nikolaus has a catholic origin, but in Austria where I live, everyone celebrates it, not just the "religious". However... it is usually a simple tradition. They are already so overloaded with material stuff..
she said up until 5 years ago, so she moved to where she is now 5 years ago. Still don't believe her though
Lolll never posted st. Nikolas day before what liar
Is it something thats going around tiktok or something? Sounds like a bandwagon shes trying to capitalize on 🤷♀️ she wants to be trendy.
Amy she forgets what lies she tells
Hi what is funny She Celebrats St.Nicolas day when it's over. I am German and I live in the UK. The tradition is on the 5th of December Children put out they shoes and in that night he comes and fills it or put like the end of a kinda Witches broom (when you been Naughty) you don't really get presents. You get chocolate and sweets and oranges and Apple. I do give my boy a present nothing big. So St Nicolas day is on the 6th of December. She is so over the top.
You’re right. She lies all the time if ppl would pay attention. It’s all to exploit the kids to make a dollar
Yes she told a damn lie🤷Merry Christmas sweet friends she ORDA be ashamed of herself
She's the WORST
Im catholic but this is just confusing. It basically a miniture Christmas before Christmas 🤷. Im all for celebrating but i would need it to be different than Christmas. Perhaps a thoughtful homemade card and gift. In the boot with a homemade treat known to everyone that we are making the gifts and they should be religiously themed gifts. I mean Santa is coming at the end of the month why would he come twice.
Don't like her one bit but would be nice if she did the angel trees
I think us in UK are worse off and Americans are better off
Not everyone can spend like Alicia. I know I can’t. Please don’t compare yourself to her. ❤️
She exploits her kids for money and doesn’t give them what every child needs which is time and guidelines for life.
Anything for views, this is Alicia after all. So sad for those poor children, she’s totally driven by money
Even if I had the type of money she does I wouldn’t buy as many presents for my kids as she does
Toaster day 😂😂😂
She may be lying, but her youngest is only six years old
Also when she’s making that merp face, she’s totally lying. I wish a behavior analyst would study her body language. She’s full of content.
😅what a creepy picture of her
She just has no class... all about bragging about all the things n food she can buy... the families of those kids must feel like crap knowing they can't give any of that..
This is Alicia running: 🏃♀️
Running out of content😅.
She 100% ripped this “St. Nick’s Day” idea off another mom.
All she does is lie lol
I think that people should leave Alicia alone. It is a great deal of work, to raise and support 11 children. The children appear to be happy, healthy, getting along, , going to school, clean, clothed, etc.
Call me crazy, but lm pretty sure l heard her mention St Nicholas day in a video last year 🤔
prove it
I wonder how long a channel like this would last if a big channel like the daugherty dozen decided to take legal action? Who cares how they spend their money? Why don't you show us how running a family is done then, Amy? I get this is a commentary channel. But why so obsessed with this one lady? You literally made a "living" obsessed about soneone elses life lol all the women here obviously love gossip.
Of course we enjoy gossip 😂 that’s not hard to figure out
You are so young and two faced. You are also making a living off of it. What would you do if they ever disappeared? You do know small minds enjoy gossip, dont you sweetheart?
I have a problem with a lot of the influencers. I’ve watched Cecily Bauchmann. Check her out. This lady is married to a pastor and gets the worst comments I’ve ever seen. She has unlimited money and I don’t think pastors make that much. What she spends on facial care in a month I could use it to feed my whole family!!! But this is who young people idolize. It’s not real
why should we do it, delulu baumann stan
Then don't watch her. The people who watch her must like her channel... If people quit watching her she won't make money
duumb ppl will never stop watching her. she has 1,5 mill (fake) subs.but only 10 to 20k watching her bs videos. So stopp being a duumb real subs. and give your own life more happiness and stopp cheering for a fake and careless mom
People have always struggled in life, thats not Alicias problem, that is a YOU problem, telling people in the comments!
are people hurt when they see Zoella buy things as well? it is their money not ours.
Just cause she didnt post it, doesnt mean she didnt do it. Second, she csn spend HER money that SHE earned on whatever she wants. People complaining how shes spending her money while theyre penny pitching its annoying asf!!
HER money? You mean the money she makes from exploiting her children!
Those kids earn the money for her, from exploitation
@@Grincheypoo oh please. She JUST started this channel about 3 years ago. She had a job BEFORE She became an influcencer. So ur saying ALL her money came from RUclips? U also might wanna look up that definition cause that's not even close to what she's doing
@@LAgirly202 her money also comes from state stipends due to being a foster parent. What is Alicia going to do when all the tax write-offs, stipends & RUclips monetization ends? Those kids won't have a clue on how to live in the real world.
@@LAgirly202 maybe it is yourself that should look up the definition of exploitation.
Why are you so obsessed with one person maybe you should find a new hobby
And then she’s barley getting views off of it so she can’t be getting much money for doing so
Its called jealousy 😂😂😂😂
Jealous of what? A unattractive red haired YT woman who only adopted her kids for content and money?
Can u leave her alone. People are literally dying
And yet here you are commenting about it
Why don't you critics leave her alone she is an amazing mother
amazing liar, a carless mother, a horrible humann
and addicted to alcohol, coffee, sugar and 'fame'
