Great breakdown and information to train with. Also very good alternatives for certain exercises and to ease your way up. Thank you. Your channel has been very helpful

Sledge hammer on an old truck tyre is much more accessible than driving out to the woods to chop wood. Is a standard bit of kit in most boxing gyms.

Can you not substitute the wood chops with sledgehammer tires?

Yes you can. It’s how Archie Moore trained Earnie shavers

Excellent analysis !! Mayweathers strength was never truly appreciated. What can you do if skipping hurt your knees?

Love how you’re watching an elite athlete who’s had unprecedented success and in almost every case you think you know better. Put simply. You don’t.

I thinks he is just giving the viewer alternative work outs. To OPTIMIZE training. Floyd follows " old school" way of boxing. Which is very grueling. And tough. He is giving you different workouts so you won't just copy and paste then expect same results but end up injured or discouraged. As an amateur, prepping for my first professional fight. I appreciate the alternative and optimized way of training

You sound like an asshole. Mayweather is 1 in a million and most of us are amateur boxers or, in my 50s, do it for fitness and love of the sport. So relax, every instructional video looks at the best and brings it down to the maxes.

I agree. Surprised did not mention sledgehammer on tyre in place of chopping wood like Beterbiev

Could you possibly do one on stretches? Like, what's the full range of stretches a boxer should perform before every gym sesh or soar or fight?

They've already done that in their warm-up for boxing video.

A tyre and sledgehammer at a decent gym is common piece of kit

Can you do a video on David weck method. He has ramped up trashing core stabilization training. Curious on your thoughts because you incorporate this heavily in your programming.
