He is giving you different workouts so you won't just copy and paste then expect same results but end up injured or discouraged. As an amateur, prepping for my first professional fight. Sledge hammer on an old truck tyre is much more accessible than driving out to the woods to chop wood. Is a standard bit of kit in most boxing gyms.
Can you not substitute the wood chops with sledgehammer tires?

Could you possibly do one on stretches? Like, what's the full range of stretches a boxer should perform before every gym sesh or soar or fight?
