- Thought I’d put this one up,
Here’s some footage that was taken yesterday on the AFL Grand Final Public Holiday, here we see Sharod in #FN21007 doing #FN20002s run, #FN21007 was previously used on FOGO, but the old driver left Citywide, so #FN20002 has been doing FOGO and #FN21007 is being used as a spare truck, but this week has been filling in on #FN20002s runs,
#FN20002s Friday run covers Area 4, this is one of the ‘easier’ runs, with nice open streets, and a lot less getting in and out to move bins blocked by cars, I was quite pleased to be able to film this truck as the old driver wasn’t a fan of filming, and it's also been a while since I’ve filmed one of our Dennis 22m trucks. This was the last few streets of the run and everything was finished up just before 9.30am. These Dennis’s are sounding quite good now as the weather warms up, I’ll try to get some more footage of them in the coming weeks. This was the only truck I filmed on this day, mostly as there wasn’t much out that was of any interest to me.
@melbournegarboandtrainspotter also came out and got a few clips of this truck, go check out his channel and some of his videos.
Thanks to Sharod for being cool with me filming, I also have some footage of Sharod in #11487 doing the Saturday Missed Glass run in the same areas as this, that footage will be put up in the future.

If you ever want a free bin there is a 120 L sulo recycling bin on Miller Street Epping. It’s been in the same spot for years just leaning against someone’s fence.. it’s no one’s property only council land so it’s up for grabs pretty much

Awesome video mate! Good to see a Dennis again. Never been the biggest fan of them but the Euro 5s with Bucher bodies I do quite like. Must be one of the later or last Euro 5 Dennis'. Find it funny that one of the newest truck is being used as a spare, not something that would ever happen down here. I reckon these Dennis Buchers on glass is a top watch.

Cheers Mate! Glad you enjoyed, I still can't believe I spent all morning with this truck 😂 I know there is a select few people that enjoy watching dennis's so my last 2 uploads are for them lol. I must admit, I never really have been a big fan of dennis, but after having them run around locally I've gotten used to them and don't mind them. These trucks are pretty good now, running for a few years there well worn in and sounding pretty good, especially as the weather warms up. This is one of 2 trucks that were built in 2020, probably some of the last elite 2 euro 5's made before they started on the elite 6s, Yeah its interesting they have this as a spare, won't be long until they put some poor new bloke in it full time however. The 120L bin lines have always been my favorites, quite a few in this area, shame there slowly starting to replace them with 240L unit share bins.

It’s not hard to push your bins back from other full ones… Shit operator I’d hate to work in same area as him
Most drivers are like that here, don't really care about each other, they used to be considerate about bin placement but they always had fights over something lol. This guy is still pretty new and has only been driving for 2-3 weeks.
I haven't got 22m Dennis on garbage in merri bek video in ages
@@melbournegarboandtrainspotter yeah same here, most of the 22ms do greenwaste expect 01 which does recycle, normally there’s only 1 on garbage.
