Thank you for you inquiry. The video does not cut off too soon. The model that is being assembled in this video is an older model. You can notice there is no ignition button on the control panel, and no wind guard the model being assembled in the video is G70302. The most current model on the market is G70305. For assembly information for that model, please reference the BILT app or the assembly instructions in the manual. We apologize for the confusion. Hope this helps!
Thank you for your inquiry. The bolts on the griddle legs are used to level the griddle so the grease flows correctly into the grease catch. Yes, they remain on the griddle legs after install. Hope this helps!
Thank you for reaching out. Typically the cause of uneven doors is due to the griddle being assembled on a surface that wasn't 100% even. Try the following to align the door: 1. Put a level on the bottom shelf 2. Move your Griddle to a location where the surface is 100% level. 3. Remove the doors and the griddle top/lid assembly. 4. Place the level on top of the cart assembly 5. Tighten the screws on all the cart side panels and bottom shelf until the cart is completely even (according the level). 6. Reinstall the doors. Thank you for reaching out. Those chains and rods are match holders in the event you need to light your BBQ with a match, the match lighting tool will keep your arms/hands at a safe distance from the flame. Hope this help!
Most buy the Blackstone kit and use most of the parts, some replace the center ones with longer nipples, or do what I did, just get a 2mm drill bit and GO SLOW and open it up
if you already have a propane one it can be converted, as I said, drill out the nipple, there are a number of videos out there of people doing it as I already stated. Obviously if you have not bought one then get the one you need
@@EliteGeeks I’m curious to know how is that working out for you so far ? Was the drilling fairly easy to do ? Grill Heating up to the right temps ? Besides drilling what other parts did you use to convert it ? Thanks for the info

This video cuts off before completion. The wind guard and battery for the starter still need installation. Please reference your user manual page 39.

BEWARE!! ON STEP 8 THAT PANEL DOES NOT GO IN FLAT SIDE UP--- IT SHOULD BE LIP SIDE UP-- WE HAD TO DO IT OVER TO GET IT RIGHT.
Thank you!
We had the same issue. Luckily we caught it before we continued.
Step 8 was a pain in the ass
Thank you so much!!
Yup we had to do it over too.
What are the bolts on legs of the griddle for? Do you keep those on when putting onto grill?

My doors are not able to be attached to the top of the grill to open and close freely without falling off.
For future viewers, the top bolt is retractable, i wedged it up and slid the doors under it and popped it into the holes
What are rods on the chain for? 🤔
Thanks

Why are the adjustable bolts so short? Mine will not seat on the front.
What are the dimensions of this griddle WITHOUT the side shelves attached?
I am confused with step 15 how do you put that on??? Does it not screw in?
Did you figured it out? Just bought one and we screwed from the inside
is this able to be connected to natural gas?
From research i have read there is not a kit to convert it.
