This is a confirmation and reminder to me that,,, YESSS it is time to get off of this social media especially when it's negative because I find myself having dreams about getting cheated on or how all men are no good, amongst other things and I'm like Noooo!!! I can't watch this stuff, because it's feeding my subconscious with nothing but negativity and now I'm dreaming about it. yikes!!! 😳So In the next 6 months starting on 12/01/22, I will be a brand new woman, with a full mental, physical and spiritual reset. I can't continue to do the same each year sis. I have got to make a change or better yet I am, I will make a change. Thank you for this video. I needed this wakeup call🌹🌹
I am gonna work on myself this new year in 2023 and start doing more and being more accountable and actually completing stuff to change my life. It’s so hard to stay committed. I am gonna work on being committed and less procrastinating. This video helped me realize everything is depended on my mindset and positive mindset.

I work in Tech and I 10000% agree with limiting social media! Tik Tok, IG, YT etc is all user generated content so whatever you think about consciously and subconsciously is what you will see
@@missnataliamarie Absolutely! To me, theres so many avenues and ways to solve problems some technical some not, coding, virtual machines, etc and I would say this is one of the easiest fields to get into right now due to the accessability of resources and ability to advance with adequate skills

A great app that allows you to record affirmations and play them on a loop is called I AM That I AM! I go to sleep with the app running and wake up to my own voice saying affirmations 🥰
The timing of this video is so perfect because last night I made the conscious decision to start implementing tiny changes in hopes that it'll add up in the end and 6 months in a nice goal to set for myself. Thank you so much for making this video. I was able to take a lot from it. Definitely looking forward to the next one :)

This video was the first piece of media I consumed today and I do not regret it 🥰 I'm starting to learn that part of healthy media consumption is being intentional with what you consume. If I find myself on social media, I'm gonna consciously go the the pages or channels that I know will uplift me instead of allowing myself to go down the scrolling rabbit hole.
