    After checking RUclips for help deciding which one to buy, all the information and consideration has my head spinning. Since you've been at the air fryer game for years and have tried so many of them I was wondering which one you would buy out of the three air fryers I've narrowed my choices down to: 1. 0:26 Philips Essential Air Fryer XL 6.2qt model HD9270/91, 2. Instant Pot Vortex Plus 6qt Air Fryer model # 140-3088-01, or Cosori Pro II 5.8qt Air Fryer model #CP358-AF? Your videos are so relatable and easy to understand that I thought you'd be able to steer me in the right direction. Thanks

    I have the Instant Omni and love it. It is a toaster-oven style which works best for my kitchen because I don't have counter space for an air fryer & toaster. I think Instant has re-styled it to be less boxy and more streamlined. It works great! We use so many functions on it; air fry, bake, reheat, toast and dehydrate. I absolutely love the dehydrator function, it's much faster and more efficient than my old Nesco dehydrator. Plus, no plastic trays which just trapped moisture making the drying process last twice as long. I also recently purchased the 3 quart Instant Pot and love it. I only cook for 2 people so it's the perfect size for my needs. I made my first batch of homemade yogurt yesterday and it's the best I've ever made. You may want to wait to try the Cosori air fryer. 2 million of them were recalled recently due to being a fire hazard.

    I have a Breville oven style, and it is wonderful for toast, pizza, and whole chicken, but there's a reason I asked my friend to bring her big ninja basket-style to the Superbowl party! Way better wings, and the capability to just shake the basket is a game changer. The blower is more powerful and it gets hot faster. I'm really close to just buying my own, so thanks for the review video!

    I had an Instapot duo crisp 6 qrt. I loved it, but hated that I had two huge lids.. AND IT WAS SOOO HEAVY! I discovered the Ninja Speedi and immediately purchased it. It is 7 lbs lighter!! The square container is a great size and can fit a lot in it. I travel fulltime in an rv and removed my microwave/convection oven because I hated it. I now exclusively use my Ninja Speedi for airfrying, baking muffins/cakes, amazing roasts, and of course the best chicken wings ever. I absolutely love it and can't imagine how I'd survive without it.

    Thanks for confirming my choice of buying a Insta Vortex 6 QT just bought on Amazon, still waiting delivery. I've been using a Cuisinart Air fryer for a couple years, I have a pressure slow cooker too, but storage of it is pretty easy, and air fryer stays out. The Cuisinart is difficult to keep clean, I look forward to the claims of easy cleaning on the Insta Vortex... I hear up a lot of leftovers too. Makes it like right out of the kitchen. That's funny, I just watched one of Cathy's vids, and she had me convinced I should have got the Cosori, but you changed my mind back, for my needs.

    I haven’t listened to this yet but I can tell you which air fryer NOT to buy. I bought the duo airfryer/instant pot and it has given me nothing but grief. First of all, it’s extremely clunky to have to take the lid on and off and figure out where to store the extra lid because neither lids are flat. 2nd, the worst part is you have to use an air fryer insert which reduces severely the amount of food you can put in your large size instant pot. You can barely airfry enough food for even a single person, maybe a child’s portion at most. I was excited when I bought it, and now I regret it and chalk it up as the worst purchase I have ever made. You NEED an airfryer on its own with the big square basket. The round instant pot idea just doesn’t work as an airfryer. That’s my opinion based on my experience. If you didn’t have to use the insert to airfry then there would be room and it might work. But as far as I understand, you do need to use this dinky little basket. Correct me if I’m wrong.

      Two million older machines recalled due to only 205 reported problems, and they are trying to make it a quick as possible process. I’m sorry to hear yours was- I have a relative who was affected too. I had one in Scotland and I think I gave it to someone when we left last June. @@nicoletierheimer3546 already checked and it’s not on the list. My sisters is on the list, but it’s an easy process, she went through it with a Keurig coffee maker last year. Simple process. What I really appreciate is that Cosori is doing this as a voluntary recall and dealing with it in a professional manner. This is not a mandatory recall, they are doing this out of their own pocket to protect both their customers and their reputation. After working in the food industry and dealing with this sort of recall, I know that they are doing the right thing. Many other companies would have just ignored it and said that it wasn’t their problem. I’m glad I’m sticking with Cosori.

      @gerriebell2128 Год назад +3

      @stormrider4477 did you get the facts? They recalled over two million older units, because of 205 reports of fire hazard. Two hundred five. There were only a few older models recalled, which means they have sold WAY more than two million air fryers in total. So the percentage of units with a problem is very low. Two hundred five reports out of a few million sold. NONE of the new models were involved in the recall. The company recall process demands the unit stops being used and even requires the cord be cut and a photo of the unit with the cord cut submitted with the recall registration. I have a Cosori that I bought 7 months ago and it is not being recalled. The company is replacing all the recalled units free of charge and even gives people a choice of which model they want, or allows choosing another type of appliance, such as a coffee pot. I have a relative whose unit is part of the recall, this is why I know these things. Saying things to make people panic is not helpful.

    That Ninja combo unit scares me. You're really going to air fry something - which will splatter and get under the elements on the lid; then turn around and pressure cook which will steam the lid and drip down all that gunk you couldn't clean out? No thank you. Plus most people can't open it under their cabinets, and there's the 'fear' factor of the hot lid falling on you. I have the Instant Brands model with the little window in the basket - I love it. Everything the microwave can't do, the air fryer can.
