It is RIDICULOUS to waste water and Gas...My SUPER TIP.... and I do it everytime ;) Pour hot tea in cup, put it back in the pot and give another boil and pour it back in already hot cup... takes 1 mins and no wastage.
Just made with soya milk and honey. Lovely and refreshing. Thank you really pleased. I ran out of the ready made chai spices but now I'll make myself in future.

in the uk, its very hard to find loose tea leaves, its either in tea bags, or loose crushed tea- same as the bags, they lack the flavour of proper tea leaves... is there a particular type of tea, or even a brand that we can get here, or search for online that is the same? any help is much appreciated, thankyou :)
Thanks for share this masala chai's recipe, i like and i love this tea,..i've a doubt, i'd couln't find cardamom in my country, what ingredient ca i use to replace it?...greetings from chile.

Don't know where in the UK you are but I get loose tea from a place called Lee Rosy's in Nottingham. They have an online shop as well. There must be loads of places like them though you just have to look!! Loose tea is obviously going to be more pricey than bags but that's cos it's much better ;)
The delivered masala chai recipe is fine , please made chai, with water, tejpata, and ghee made of cow milk , without sugar, it will be amejing, and a irrited mood will immediately change, with smiling face and cool mind, please try.
I dont underatand the proportion, you've added 1/2 cup of water first and then you say that 3/4 cup of water along with 1/4 cup of milk, I don't understand.
How can anybody feel proud after wasting one cup of water early in the morning daily.. if you are throwing that one cup of water that means you are wasting 150ml daily which is 4.5litres monthly and 54litres yearly .. so do not throw that hot water away use that again instead..
I am Brazilian and lived in Bombay for 7 years. I missed so much Indian food because its the best in the world. 😍

Thank you for this recipe ...
so nice tea
Nice vedio's and good for health

The ginger and the cardamom must be added at the end before u switch off the gas burner. This will prevent loss of flavor of the masala.

Without Ginger how u made masala tea🤔🤔🤔🤔
For every cup of tea, a cup of hot water wasted. Silly Idea. You could keep the cup closer to the cooker to get it warmed up.
Shaan Uday you are right
Shaan Uday exactly 👀
Shaan Uday just shiw the cup to the flame a while thts enough .......they r water waster people
Don't throw that hot water rather keep it aside for future use.. Isn't it???
i like masal chai
You're suggesting we waste a cup of water per person everyday... :o
madam is this a masala tea
its also healthy(:
i also add the milk hot not cold
waiting water, when in India people start respect for water ,air, tree, land.
wastage of 1 cup of water for little extra hotness !!!!!
I didn't like the part where she threw a cup of fresh water in the sink and wasted it. You should think about saving natural resources.
Watch at 1.5x speed! :-)
masala chai is so better
love you anupa
she didn't tell that .. pour the boiled milk... otherwise the milk is gonna turn to curd...
utkarsh patodia i couldn't get it.... Can u explain in this point of view?
utkarsh patodia if we gonna pour cold milk in mixture of tea leaves and water.... Will milk become curd? Is it how is it so?
☹️☹️☹️We should add sugar after pouring milk.. 😊 😊
