My itching is intense but it is on my back and it moves between where the heart and solar plexus are. I get some in the third eye and crown areas too, especially when I am experiencing 'channeling'.
We have seen many alarming systems. Ambulance vehicle in traffic make a particular sound and alarm clock make different sound and our mobile phones can make any sound of our choice and pressure cooker make a different sounds as per the item cooked and so on. In a similar way 'itching' also give us an alarming indication to us to know changes going on in our body and mind. So next time when we get itching sensation we should do 'self awareness' as to the nature of itching as to why itching is taking place and know the extent of itching and understand the effect of itching. This is one part of itching. The next part of knowing the presence of itching is we should take this as an opportunity to know the significance of 'self awareness'. The purpose of 'self awareness' is to know actually 'what we are'. Our identity is not how we look like and what is the colour of our skin and eyes and our height and weight and our complexation. This is a physical identity which looses it's nature when we die. In spiritual world which is permanent, our identity is different. that is different from physical world, Our identity in spiritual world is our awareness of our soul and to what extent we have reached in the ladder of our spiritual upliftment. And the strength of our soul to understand the 'self' and also the souls of other people. What is roadmap of our soul to reach the higher levels and so on. Inner journey within ourselves is more thrilling than the external journey. We may go to Paris or Switzerland to see the tourist places. We enjoy there with seeing some things which are magnificent and may take some drinks and some seafood and so on. We may feel we have enjoyed a lot. But inner journey make us to feel more joy and thrilling when we know how to undertake the inner journey. Next time when we feel 'itching' sensation we should try to make a 'inner journey' and see how our soul looks like and it's capabilities and it's level in spiritual world. Me too, but not as intensive as u it happened randomly. I also practice meditation twice a day early at 6 and late at 4. I thought I got a bug bite but when I looked at it there was nothing no marks. It just itched. If I don't scratch I won't go red. it is just itchy or maybe I need a shower after a sweaty exercise cause I only take a shower at night. I don't know 😂😂😂. I tried to do it at night in a very dark condition but I was a bit scared cause things were too dark and I felt like something was gonna crawl out under my bed. During the day thinking about it doesn't make me scared but at night I don't know why it's starting to feel scared again

For more mundane reasons, are you sure your not having an allergic reaction to anything? Might have that looked at. Or have dried skin

It may be your food. I would go plant based. Watch out for sugary snacks and processed dairy or wheat products.
