It's amazing how certain experiences can truly transform us.
Wow! I never connected these changes to spiritual growth but it fits. And i have been experiencing them a lot in the last few months, especially. Last week while walking in nature I experienced THE biggest spine tingling sensation I've ever had; it literally stopped me in my tracks! It's reassuring to hear about the positive changes we experience along our spiritual trek. Everyday something I read, hear or observe causes my heart to burst with loving emotions! It's so wonderful💖

YES!..In recent weeks, my hair ( lost to chemo 6 years ago) has become thicker, stronger than it has,been in past 5 years. Also, my blue eyes are lighter blue, very bright. I feel, when looking in mirror, a happy soul looking back. Also, my knee which has a torn ligament, has stopped being painful...it seems to be self healjng! I am so thankful. I have been workjng hard on self healjng, after illness, loss, sorrow, PTSD which happened 6 years ago. Thank you Angels. ❤❤❤

Earth is reaching another level in enlightening in our lives there is an awareness of the "I AM " and is important that we keep our Faith because there is a great war, a war of God's creation against the Evil behind curtains that kept many souls in darkness. ❤ Thanks for the wonderful words well appreciated. ❤
I suffered from anorexia and body dysmorphia, i went through a healing process and i have seen a lot of physical changes as well as seeing my body with a non distorted way. Getting earrings was a marker of being out of that season of my life for me and i remember someone telling me i looked like an elf right after getting the piercings. Ever since i feel like my confidence has also made me appear healthier and more attractive. I think there is a real factor to the physical transformation that comes with growth.

I have noticed that my back is much deeper my massage therapist really noticed all the changes I when through

I dont know how you know all this but wow everything is so fitting thank you. My only guess would be that you your self have been through every stage of enlightment as such, and now reached the peaks and are able to look back and analyse and make videos ?

I do worry about my body weight but I do think it’s water retention it fluctuates so much.
I haven’t gotten to the posture and graceful movements though haha
I have noticed my rye color more and it seems lighter and I've been told this as well. I feel like colors a brighter And I really dislike artificial light.

I never had dark circles but for 4 years I have started having dark circles
It's common for dark circles to appear over time, but there are ways to manage them!

Even my friends see my pictures of me as a teen or in my 20s and look at me now and say i look younger 😊 Benjamin button..and my weight has always been up and down ive had 5 children and still get mistaken for a 20 yr old ppl say i speak like im at peace 😊 in some ways i am
