The order of those things is irrelevant I would hope you would add that to be more accurate. All of those things are a sign you are becoming more conscious but there is absolutely no order in which they occur. Also energy is a huge factor you left out. As you become more conscious your energy will be much higher and you may become an insomniac sleeping might not be a major priority

The timing of the universe will never cease to amaze me. I’ve been going through a lot of pain the last few weeks, but the whole time, I’ve had countless synchronicities that continually reminded me the universe was simply cleansing what no longer served me. Every time I thought I couldn’t go on, something came at exactly the moment I needed. Just like this video. Thank you for this wisdom, and for anybody reading this, we’ll get through this my friends.

I just lost my Mom on the 12th September 2023. I lived with her for 18yrs, the last 2.5 yrs she hardly went outside. She went into atrial fibrillation for 6 days, her heart rate was 140bpm from the 6th September till she passed. I haven’t cried at all…but in that time I have been micro grieving every day.
I hope my future self can keep guiding me.

I understand yr language, but you didn't loose her. She is still very alive. More alive factually than she ever was in her body. What you temporarily lost however is yr natural way to experience her presence in her body triggering the 5 senses of your own to be aware of "her" That way of contact is gone. But you never loved her because of her body. The body ages. looses its youth and beauty and deteriorates in the end in sickness and death. You love the one she really is unrelated to and in spite of whatever age her body has become because yr mother never was her body.
Like you will never be your body as well.
We need bodies in the earthly realm to make contact with each other to know the one beyond it.
She will be there when it is yr time to come home

After i started listening to meditation frequency videos and actually meditating, ive had 100's of unbelievable synchronicities !! Impossible ones that prove that our reality isnt solid
Once you meditate enough to realize we function from the subconcious, then the concious mind can stop all disfunction we weren't aware of, like why you are doing self destructive things. Then your direction will be deliberate and conciously decided not letting the subconcious take you in the wrong direction. Its amazing when you figure that out!!😊❤

Mirroring works the other way as well.. whenever you see a stranger and decide you don't like something about them but can't really say why. its usually after your ego's noticed a negative trate or mannerism that you subconsciously identify with and dislike about yourself. Next time someone rubs u the wrong way for no apparent reason, try thinking about whats similarities you both share & you may gain a valuable friend.
What if you just flat out don’t like em for their very actions that you’ve zero relation to? Because that sounds more likely other than you just saying it’s a personal insecurity mirrored by the person in question. 😂

In my awakening experience, I have felt extremely alone at times. Then extremely disconnected. As though I don't belong. Meditation has helped me beyond words. I am now in a state of extreme clarity. There are signs every instant. I personally used to ask myself what the signs wanted me to do or think. I was trying to adapt to life but I then discovered that life was also trying to adapt to me. Don't forget that you are the master and don't be afraid to ask life and yourself for what you want.

@@BandWagonWS Thanks for your response. Means a lot. What helped me change my mindset was figuring out to do whatever i need to feel good and healthy. Good sleep exercise etc... The way I feel has way more impact on the way I think and what goes on around me than the other way around. Drinking is not a long term solution but just for example, when I drink alcohol, everything seems better in an instant but nothing in my life changed, the way that i feel did.
@@BandWagonWS I used to put a lot of pressure on myself when interacting with others to do or say or act the way I thought they wanted to avoid conflict. I only made it worse by unknowingly ending up putting pressure on them also after being so hard on myself which only made things worse. I was trying to adapt to them too much not realizing they were also trying to adapt to me. It's kind of funny because it was so useless and all I had to do was try to be myself

I am now going through a emotional shaky period of my life. Trying to cope with loved ones lost, and childhood memories and emotions that are causing anxiety and panic attacks. I have to go through this and convince myself, this is needed to grow. There must be a reason why this is happening, and it may become clear after it is over.

As I grew into adulthood I starting researching energy meridians and manipulation. This subject of energy manipulation is very fascinating and one day I want to truly grasp it's meaning.
Thanks, I actually noticed all of these signs lately. Especially the need to take solace and isolation to be able to hear my higher self. I can feel it calling me that I'm on the brink of something and would like to take some quiet time for reflection and inspiration.

thank you for this timely reminder to listen and keep finding new and effective ways of listening ...so much is disintegrating all around me and it feels like I'm melting along with the polar ice caps...into a new integration with the energies (elemental) of this planet. I've always had vivid dreams. I think of them as peeks into past lives. Not really psychic but I did dream of my husband's death many months before we learned he had cancer. That dream was so shocking that I woke him up with my screaming. Good thoughts from your vid. I've been widowed for about 16 years now and I often sit with my memories and smile and think to myself, what an amazing life I am having.🙂

I came across your video and channel after watching content related to spiritual awakening, which i feel like i am doing now. Again, like the other video of yours i watched everything resonated within me. The biggest things that struck me were desires and cues, which i feel have happened or happening right now and dropping baggage ie toxic relationships. I feel much better and calmer inside, just need to learn forgiveness and heal the past emotional wounds.

Thank you for the insight. I am learning to listen to my intuition to guide me and sometimes I fail to do so. I got a new job offer but my intuition told me that it wasn't for me but I still took the job then ended up quitting the first day. There were signs aIong the way that kept telling me that this job wouldn't be for me but I kept ignoring them. Why don't we listen to our intuition? It has never been wrong.
My higher self is telling me to leap and I’m scared and idk but it’s telling me it’s time it’s time to break free. Start over. I just don’t know where to start. It will present itself. ❤
Intuition is just noticing a difference in day to day things or if you have enough information/knowledge you know what could happen. Its the noticing part that makes it special. People see intuition as seeing the future, we all know we cant but we can still make an educated guess.

Ive had strong intuition my whole life....i always felt i can predict small futures..
Not lottery numbers. But instances of behaviors within society.
I believe from the childhood trauma that was created in my earliest stages of life.
I have been through all the signs listed here. But you wont experience them unless you journey past them and evolve along the way. I wasnt able to grow until I seperated myself. And it was soooo hard and the strong emotional feelings that come after that are a bit overwhelming. I almost gave up on life.....
Growing helps you be in control of yourself and emotions and self awareness. The universe will send you people that can help along the way. You learn more when you silence your ego. Im native american, im very spiritual. The world is catching on.....

Thank you. Yes, intuition told me back in 2008 to prepare for something that will happen in the distant future - so glad I listened. Also listening to my mind/thoughts have helped in creating things (not inventions but close) that make life easier. I always listen now.

Weirdly all my friends abandoned me when my precious daughter died. They treated me like toxic waste when I needed them just to be there for me. The universe must have got that one wrong.
Sometimes the universe shows you who people are through a crisis now it will bring in new people to fill the void of your old friends. Thank the universe for showing you who got your back in time of need and who dont

I am sorry your daughter died. Know that she is always with you, her soul is eternal, you can talk to her, and you will meet her again in the next dimension. Those so -called friends were no friends at all. Through life contrast like this you will find your way to better friends who have hearts. The feeling of being betrayed is strong.

If this would be true, billions of lives would be a happy one here on Earth. Don’t get me wrong, I meditate and even healed myself with Dr. Joe Disoenza’s work and meditations. However I found meditation brings only inner peace but never guidance. It doesn't help to avoid adversities and hardships. You are responsible for your own journey and your higher self is nothing but a passive observer while you are doing the work. The choice is always yours to make. Sure, intuition may “tell” you things, repeating numbers days in and days out for years for no particular reason. You may even meet people in times of need who assist you (or hinder you) and you are doing the same things to them too. But in the grand scheme of things you walk your life alone either in partnership or single.
Deep meditation practice allows you to communicate with your spirit guides. You always have the freedom to choose your path but you don’t walk it alone ❤

I have experienced the benefits of deep meditation. When I was young, I had a bad experience since I kept spirit guides and angels out of my life. At least on a conscious level. As Dolores Cannon said “we’re living in a convoluted universe” so we can’t know who is who. Be careful out there.
Deep meditation can offer guidance if you’re able to allow it. Every answer is within you. Removing identification from yourself/surrendering your ego and learning to not only observe as your higher self, but to perceive, act and react as your higher self is the true goal. Adversity is not a negative thing, suffering is so important for our growth. I remember going through physical growing pains as a kid and sometimes it got so uncomfortable - but it was obviously necessary for my physical development, which completely embodies the spiritual plane in this life. ♥️🖖🏻
@@asmrkitekt7851 In the past three years, I lost all of my family (died), my dog, my business, and my home. My higher self could not prevent all these. Sorry, but we have to be realistic.
