It could be that the zebra had died out of drought. I hope the wildlife will be protected by all and sundry.

Ethiopia borrowed the concept a few years ago, currently there have finished n absorbed over 60,000 of their unemployed population in into their finished project. I think this project has become too political. The former ICT CS initiated a similar project in the central region, which made no sense. These are international projects and requires cohesiveness.
