Hello Tania, as someone Dutch living in France, I can relate to not seeing your family for a while and the difficulty of not being able to just go there in the blink of an eye. I hope nobody judges you just for loving and going to see them!
Thank you Tania. I think you had the best reason to go to Moscow right now. I did know that Moscow is a "modern" city, but I'm happy you were able to show me/us a bit of it.
I really appreciate your support! It's definitely one of the most personal videos I've ever made. I was doubting if I even should publish it but I really wanted to share a more realistic picture then what we get in the media. Thank you for watching! :)
I can imagine your mixed feelings that you must have had; first to get to your "old" home in a changed city, and then being confronted with the war. You gave us a good impression and I hope you spent good quality time there with your familiy. Hope that you come home safely if you havent returned yet.
Hope you had a great time there with your friends and family. This is what counts above all. Russia is a large country, and they sustain themselves. Maybe in some years they feel the effects of western union sanctioned them. But in the end, so many lose of life will leave a big hole in any society. Thanks you for the video.. and people just enjoy life in the video.
Hallo Tania, finally I see the real you, with real emotions. I can really relate with your mixed feelings, I have the same with Israël. I'm Jewish and people immediately have an opinion about me, thinking that I like and approve everything what happens in Israël but that's not true... I have HUGE mixed feelings. So yeah, I can totally relate with your mixed feelings. You know, I would like to see more of this kind of video's from you. *winks*
Such a beautiful comment! Thank you for sharing your story. Indeed, this video was much more personal so my personality inevitably came out as well. :) If you have any ideas for future videos like this, feel free to hit me up on IG @theselfishcodependent. By the way, this video also shows my vulnerable sides: ruclips.net/video/hiFaFcUCMy8/видео.html. Let me know what you think. ;)
It's sad to see another video by another Russian who says "we may never know the truth." Whatever the faults of the US and us Americans, and we have many, we do face and admit what we and our government have done. I notice a lot of Russians vloggers are a whole other category of denial and refuting any responsibility or even acknowledgment. Yes, don't talk about it to protect yourself, your family and friends. I get that. But the "we may never know the truth"? SMH
Thank you for watching the video and sharing your perspective. I appreciate your willingness to engage in this discussion. The "we may never know the truth" sentiment isn't a blanket endorsement or denial of responsibility but rather an acknowledgment of the complexity of geopolitics and the limitations of individual citizens.
Nee, hoor.
The way I see it is that the former USSR has won the cold war many years after it collapsed. Why? Because what Yuri Bezmenov explained in the mid 80's on US TV. Just listen what he had to say, and look at what is going on in the western world. ruclips.net/user/results?search_query=yuri+bezmenov We have problems that the Visegrad countries don't have.
