Sounds reasonable as a whole, and very very comparable to the prices here in Sofia, Bulgaria.
However, the inflation of the past 2-3 yrs have eaten a lot of the people's purchasing power, and I think this is valid for most places in the world today.
I lost like 35-50% of my salary purchasing power, because of it.
The only thing, that saves me from not ending the month around the 0 (after covering my routine spending) is the fact, that I own my apartment, since this is my place of birth.

Hello Lisa! Hello from Michigan USA! What an incredible video! THANK YOU for your honesty and opening up your personal life (finances) to help me understand the costs of living in Moscow. I am planning on visiting Moscow next year. I have never encountered such an honest and genuine vblogger as yourself! Your work on Moscow helps me with my classes on learning the Russian language and Russian Culture (then and now) and I appreciate your honesty! Learn the language, get the recipes for the food! LOL!
One day (hopefully with your help) I will figure out this cryptocurrency stuff and will absolutely support you further! Again, thank you for your work! It is incredible and so are you, my dear.

The renting sounds very similar to western costs, but your costs for internet access is extremely cheap while say for example UK for a 50+ Megabit connectivity will be about 7 times your current connection costs with unlimited downloads per month. The cost of fast food sounds very similar in costs including the fancy restaurants too.
Your mobile phone costs sounds very similar in monthly costs too.
Like anywhere if you goto outskirts of a city or town renting will cost far less, and so if your living costs is within your income well done if you’re able save for buying a home or a car in the future.
So, if you were classed unemployed say on State benefits do you get free healthcare including free dental care, and cost of renting is covered by the State Benefits too?

The key to live in a major city is to find a place with a resonable rent. You are very lucky and I would say that a person that is not fluent in Russian would not be able to do that. Maybe you should start a consultancy helping foreign people that want to live in Moscow to find an apartment? The park was wonderful! It reminded me of Greece not just the architecture, but also that the Cyrillic alphabet has many Greek letters in it.

Hello Vasilisa; the US dollar goes much further in Moscow than it does in US, for example, I just had a bunch of dental work done, and paid $220 per filling, and $1500.00 per crown; I would recommend You at least get local Anistasia (novocane); another Nice day in Moscow; Thank You for All.

$25 for all of that!? Good lord, here in the Midwest of the US, not even an expansive city like New York, or Los Angeles, those groceries are still pushing $100
The gym membership is a little less than gyms in my area, but not far off.
Internet bill is about $80/month for 300mbps, phone bill is around $30/month for a cheap unlimited plan.

Very bad idea! The mobilization of Russian men for the war effort and the mass exile of 3 million Russians to the West ended up bringing Russia's internal economy to its knees. The government is in dire need of manpower, which explains these administrative facilities for temporary residents. But the future remains bleak!

It is necessary to understand that Lisa rents an apartment, if a person lives in his own apartment then there are no expenses of $400 $1000... Such owners in Russia are the absolute majority. Renters are emigrants who have not yet bought their own housing or are in Russia temporarily. Unskilled workers usually receive $500-800 in Moscow, skilled workers $1000-1500, but there are many people with an income of $2000-3000. In addition, salary is not all income. Shares, stock market play, futures, personal projects, etc.
