Very easy to relax and enjoy your videos. Good natured, fun Russian woman who enjoys life and gets on well with pretty much anyone. Your video brings back memories. I went to some Soviet style canteen/café in a nice, large parkland area when I was in Moscow. Like the last one in your video but not as elaborate. Can't remember what park exactly but the food was very good, healthy and a super bargain.
Maybe you were on the other side of the park. In the video, this is the central area of the park, with playgrounds and rides, further it is surrounded by wild forest for miles. It's really huge.
@@СимонВизенталь-ы7ь Not sure. The park in the video looked similar. I was driven there rather than catching the metro so this is why I can't remember where it was. The atmosphere and food was great. I remember beetroot was on the plate mixed in with a nice salad. Some type of pierogi that was not actually what I understand is pierogi. Great soup. Bit cooler than now - September 1999 - so quite some time ago.
@@lisa_with_love I don't care about how good restaurants are in Moscow but chebureki, shashlik, and valinaya riba you need to eat in Krim or Krasnodarskii Krai.
the Russian donuts at the second location looked so delicious and yummy. the nice lady should have put much more powdered sugar on those tasty donuts...lol. great vid Lisa!

This is so cool too see and you're the only You Tuber that has ever done a video on this subject. Oh yes, I distinctly remember seeing this type of restaurants and bars in old Soviet movies where Russian people would eat and drink standing up. I actually thought the Soviet government purposely made customers stand and not sit was so that they would not hang around talking long after they were finished eating and drinking, as well as get rid of anyone that was too intoxicated to stand on their own two feet. Dima
@@lisa_with_love Also, have not seen Russian You Tubers do video about religion in Moscow, except only show onion dome tourist pictures of Orthodox church. It would be first time ever video if you would do religions in Moscow video, including Catholic and some others. I not know if you feel comfortable making such video. Dima
@@Егоза-д4ф Yes, yes, your are correct and very good idea. That Soviet style restaurant without any chairs would be very good for people who have jobs where they sit all day.
