Greyhound needs to go! It’s gotten to the point where their bus stations are a public safety hazard. If they can’t figure out a way to keep their riders safe and free of harassment then they need to be put out of business. All they’d have to do is put the ticket counter at the entrance to the bus station and require a bus ticket to enter the building. AND make sure that the bus stops/pick up locations are at occupied buildings and have security and power!!!!
It shouldn’t be that hard to try and keep their customers safe!!

Why not relocate it at the Knoxville transit center.
It's apparent that GREYHOUND doesn't care about it's passengers who keep them in business. I used to love a good, affordable bus trip back in the day, but, I would rather pay the extra money for the plane or drive.

Well, Everything is super expensive these days and most customers are broke. That's a double whammy to companies across the nation. They have to do something to stay in business. Blame the head honchos on Washington for creating this 3rd world country mess we all live in now.
