Too true, still think the light tank should get a decrease in armour though, if it only takes one persons to wreck with it, I think it shouldn't take too much to kill it, maybe an assault using both AT grenades, light AT grenades and the anti sniper rocket gun

The Lord needs 2 things: 360 degree movement, and a faster deploy and pack up time for the gadget. The 360 so that he could hold down hallways much easier, and the faster deploy/pickup time because it just feels too slow. Maybe like a 2 second for both.
Ppl fail to understand that, back in WW1 tanks changed the way the war played out and that the troops weren't equip with the tools to destroy the tanks. They are supposed to be OP

Yeah, well in WW1 soldiers weren't equipped with Mauser selbstladers and Mondragons. Don't try to justify anything in this game with historical accuracy, because DICE already threw that out the window.

And honestly as far as the tanks being that strong, I kind of like it. Realistically speaking, in WW1 and 2 tanks just obliterated everything and just totally changed war.
Realistically speaking, many tanks top speed was 4 MPH. Tanks in this game are terribly unbalanced. AT gadgets such as the dynamite or AT rocket gun should be buffed for better balance.
The gadgets are fine, the players are very low skill, as can be seen in this video.
Im Derk yes it is fine. I was never happy with tanks be easy "solo" kills. The C4 situation in BF4 was a disgrace -- tanks became a laughing stock and support/recon players would run TOWARDS them for easy XP. Tanks should scare players, should make them "think" and apply "teamwork" to beat. That's the traditional Battlefield way. Solo-killing tanks is a super casual ego-shooter approach.
Pablo Horteg Again only one stick would disable only the movement of the tank. The driver should then easily be able to kill them and repair himself before that one infantry soldiers puts down another three. It is up to the soldier to properly approach the tank put the dynamite down, then wait for another approach. Or you could work with teammates by getting a stick of dynamite to take out the tracks, and then have other teammates shoot him with other AT gadgets whilst he is immobile.
And tanks in BF4 were much different, I agree, they were terrible. But that is because they gave strong AT gadgets to 3/4 classes. In BF1 however, there is only one class that really can do significant damage to orderly take out the tank. Therefore the dynamite and tanks should perform like I have stated.

Cam Newton I fully agree! My one friend wishes bf1 would have limbs flying off etc like in Red Orchestra . Although I guess you wouldn't be able to revive a teammate who's in pieces XD.
This is a franchise that is famous for being able to revive somebody who was hit by an RPG out of a helicopter, fell 200 meters to the ground, and then proceeded to get run over by two tanks, one of which exploded. Just stitch their head back on, it'll be like nothing happened.

being someone who's never played battlefield before, i have to say i loved the open beta. played as assault class mostly so had a tough time against those snipers, but was very fun.

It is amazing how oblivious some people were during this beta. At one point, I'd gone into the bottom level of a two-story building, finding two allies taking potshots out the windows; I went up to the second floor to find another ally shooting out a window... and two enemies, one shooting out a different window and the other prone on the floor.
I can't shake the feeling that I interrupted something unwholesome.

I have played 33h on the same single map, with limited kits, some balance issues and bug/glitches, yet I already miss the beta, just wanna play more of it.

Yeah the anti tank grenades were inconsistent, sometimes they would explode on impact with armor and sometimes they wouldn't.
When you see only three spots in the Mark V, that means your driver has the "Tank Hunter" variant. Your main cannons switch to AP rounds, and the drivers gets the anti-vehicle rifle like the elite class. You can easily go 1 vs 3 in this setup. Literally no one in the beta except me uses it on purpose.

Maybe an idea to even out tanks could be to change the amount of health you recover every time you repair yourself, so the first repair cycle you repair the normal amount of 20 or whatever it is, then it starts to decrease slowly the amount regained with every successful repair, so you dont have infinite repairs that could get you to full health if you retreat everytime you are losing health, so it eventually only repairs you for like 1hp. Just an idea though

Shame Matimi0 didnt realize that the Medic has Anti-Tank Rifle Grenade which does damage to tanks -- so I kept one gadget medic stuff and another was the Anti-Vehicle Rifle Grenade-- killed a few vehicles with it (along with other attacking)
Many people dislike the new scoring system but what if dice kept the flags as an increase in tickets the way it is now but change it so deaths cause the team to lose tickets. This would make it so you can win games from kills essentially but there will still be a focus on the objective because you need more tickets than the opposing team. Please share your thoughts.

I dont know it is possible for DICE to make the Assault's AT grenades explode when impact enemy vehicle and when you try to throw like a normal nade, will detonate like a normal nade, or the more simple choice make the AT nade do more damage and detonate faster...
These players run into the tanks with no thought and then complain that tanks are op. Bravo 👏👏👏

I think they should make the AT grenades be able to be thrown further and faster. Most people i kill ar either just throwing the grenade or trying to get close enough

Operator idea: Masuta (Master) defender. This operator would be very different. He would have his main as 2 pistols and then a knife as a secondary. The knife would be a throwable and would be dealing around 30 dmg. A regular knife kill to an enemy would look like him stabbing in a more cooler way. He would have 2 specials. First would be r1 and it would be like Caveira's timed one and it would be increased accuracy. Then his second would be to go to any living operator and get one of their special like doc's gun or a camera. It would work for a few operators tho and no enemy operators. This would be my dream operator for Rainbow 6 siege.

Well the light tank was OP in the beta. Don't be surprised if you get called a Tryhard for using a tank or a behemoth the entire game.
I think they need to make it where you can only be in first person view in the tanks
i realy hope guns dont end up like some of the DMR's in battlefield 4, sometimes they just seemed wayyy to over powerd, and the gun he was useing in the beginning looked like it was turning in to that.

Styx Monster Well a few things about the bad company series. it has humour, sandbox fights (though they were smaller in the 2nd one), and a squad of four likeable characters. Most modern FPS singleplayer campaigns are boring or lacking character

The cavalry is way too OP right now the rifle shoots so damn fast, is two shot no matter how far, in the sweet spot and in the head even one shot and you can heal yourself plus give yourself ammo. I played after I was killed by one cavalrymen and I melted my opponents down when I was playing it.

The Landship is fucking mighty, too bad everyone takes the LT or the HT because when you have 2 squadmates and you get the Tank Destroyer Landship you can EASILY destroy the Train on your own.

Yes, definitely one person crewed tank with a near-instant respawn timer that can go 30-0 with a shitty driver (i've seen 80-90 and 0 sprees of good drivers) is completely balanced. /s
Honestly the BASE light tank is fine. It can kill like 6 people in a row but if a team is working together, they can kill it. The fucking howitzer tank can destroy an entire 32 person team before that damn machinegun overheats. I SUCKED ASS at every single tank in every single battlefield. The fact that I can go on 50+ killing sprees (and have multiple videos of it) with the light tank should speak volumes.
