      Nice! About to do the same. I got quoted 145-175 per hour for labor... Fuck that! I'm doing it myself now.

    Quick tip - if the Philips screw behind the window switch keeps spinning but not coming loose, it is that little pink tab you can see in the video that has detached from the panel behind and you will need to skip to the next part.

    Hi, I just had both mirrors stolen from my 2015 Civic. I am in doubt whether to buy originals or a new replacement.

      I would buy used ones from a junk yard or eBay. Original always better. Second option should be aftermarket ones

      That’s liberal city living for ya, no sorry! You don’t mess with a man’s wheels, or working folks vehicle!
      PS wasn’t him! Don’t like the implication! Just kidding! Salvaged, what the crook should have done. The earth isn’t a free DiY parts yard!

    Why not use a panel/trim removal tool instead of a flat head screwdriver?

    • @colinshawhan8590
      @colinshawhan8590 3 года назад +2

      You'd have to buy one. I don't plan to buy a tool I'm only using once so I'll be using a screwdriver also.

      @@colinshawhan8590 Even though u wouldnt use it much, they're dirt cheap. Worth it to avoid cosmetic damage.

    This video is helpful, but buy some plastic trim pulling tools for 20$ Bro! I'd be pissed if you murdered my trim like that!
