Removing door panel on 2014 Civic DX

This is just a quick description of how to remove the door panel and the side armrest in a 2014 Honda Civic DX (4 door). I did this so I could add padding to the armrest for my bony elbows and cover them in leather.
I also show the simulated leather seat covers I added.
