These are not as stout as the Boat Vent II and if you install these first then decide to use the more durable Boat Vent II, unfortunately the hole you had to cut in your cover for the Boat Vent 3 is quite a bit bigger.
I have had them on the boat for about a year now and it's definitely noticeable. It was a very noticeable difference when we use our boat often and some moisture ends up staying in the boat. Before it would still be a little damp in certain areas. After adding the vents it was dry every time we came back to use it again. It is definitely a worthwhile upgrade for any boat in my opinion.

I wonder if it would fit a 14 mil thick tarp.
Yup. Would work fine on a 14/15min tarp.

Good to know. Personally I haven’t had any issues with the vents I used. Have been on there for about 2yrs now and been great so far.
I know the video hasn't been posted for long but any thoughts before and after in terms of moisture inside the boat?
