I really appreciate the video and the driveshaft that you showed are a lot cheaper then the ones that Traxxas has on there website. Thanks you for showing the install too because I’m still new with the upgrading part of things
I’ve had problems with integy and these cheaper aluminum parts I bought the slash 4x4 steel shafts and puts them on my 2wd stampede just had to lower it a little to make the connection on the shaft right but it does fit
@@JesseBMotors my son has dent a shaft badly on rear shock .I just for integy piggyback shocks for rear for 20 bucks on ebay I ordered. I didnt know about integy until I watched your video .newly back into the hobby .
Have you had any issues with them? Some of the ratings aren't very positive about them. Some people have said they broke on first use and they came apart when the suspension moves.
Nice upgrade. If you're runnin' 3s, it's a must have. I put 3s in my Slash 2wd and exploded the driveshaft during the first battery. I used the TRX steel shafts, I'm curious to see how you do with yours. I like the TRX shafts, but they're pricey. A cheaper option would be great. -"Angry" Dave
Angry Dave's ADULT R/C as soon as I got some tires that gripped I figured the axles wouldn’t last long. I think this was the second run with 3s and it broke. I had five 2s packs through it with the new tires with no problems. But...... everyone knows 3s is better 🤣. Thanks for watching 👍🏁
@@JesseBMotors Hi, i want to run 3s lipos in my 4x4 stampede but my driveshafts keep breaking. Are these strong enough or do I need traxxas steel ones? Cause they are damn expensive :(
Either one should work. Just loosen up your slipper clutch a little. Most people who break them are landing on the throttle and snapping them. If you have a little slip that will help.
Still working fine for me. I don’t know what other people are doing to break them. I run 2 & 3s with a castle brushless combo and never had a issue. Thanks for watching 👍🏁
@@JesseBMotors thanks for replying brother and i know what you mean its hard to get a decent review on the internet coz ppl do stupid chit break things then blame the manufacture

Yes they should.

What shocks are you using .are they metal also? Info and a link would be great! Thanks for the great video.
Stock plastic shocks with metal caps.

I’ve never used their shocks so hopefully they work for you.
Do these work on the 2wd rustler Vxl?
Yes
I put a max 6 esc and a xmaxx motor on my 2wd slash do you think these axles would work for me
Hate to say it probably not. All you can do is see. Thanks for watching 👍🏁

Does this part work with the traxxas raptor?

Will those work with the Traxxas rustler?
2 wheel drive will
I have a 2wd rustler

@@brianbingham5152 I ran them with a brushless setup until I sold the rc.
Ok.
Hey I tried to upgrade my axles and now one wheel spins faster than the other and I'm really confused
Stock gearing in these only spin one wheel. You can put thicker grease in the diff gear or put a spool in it for both to spin.
@@JesseBMotors I figured it out they sold me the wrong part
