Well done on completing the track mate, it looked epic from day 1 till the end. Hopefully I can get back down there again next year sometime for some spectacular Tassie hiking. Loved the series, will be looking out for your next video.
Haha yeah it's just slowly ticked along, I guess it's kinda just crept up! 1000 will probably be around the end of the year at the current rate, but we'll see.
Thanks Lucas , I really enjoyed this epic bush walk . You made it look easy , but I know that would have been a hard journey. Hope you enjoyed a well deserved beer at the lodge !!
No worries! Yes, it was quite a tough 6 day walk, but really enjoyable and epic! I was lucky enough to get a beer from my mate in penguin, so no need to buy one at Cradle. I did devour a burger and chips at the new visitors centre though!
Hi Lucas! Love your videos. Have you done the Cradle Mountain summit? I assume so but I can't see a dedicated video. I've watched several on RUclips but still don't know just how scary and steep it is. Are there sections with very sheer drops? I can climb over rocks okay but am 5'4 so that might add to the challenge.
Hi Lizzie, glad you enjoy them! I have been up to Cradle Mountain, but it was before I started making videos. There's definitely a couple of tricky spots, but I would say it's fairly manageable - most of it is just rock scrambling.
@@LucasChamberlain Thanks for your reply! I saw your video covering Mt Anne and you said that in some sections it could be catastrophic if you fell. From your memory of Cradle Mountain was it less treacherous?
Thanks Lucas. A wonderful account of an epic hike. This will be the benchmark
No worries!
Thanks for sharing your trip.
No worries 🙂
fantastic mate, look forward to your next outing
Thanks mate 👍
You have inspired me Lucas to have a go at this .Leaving tomorrow.
Good luck! Hopefully the weather is favourable 👍
Thanks, I love your hiking videos! I can't wait to return to Tassie, and then getting me to leave is another thing... :)
Thanks man! Glad you're enjoying them 😀
December 1st if everything goes to plan... The day you'll be allowed down here. 😉
Really enjoyable series 👌
Cheers!

Thanks mate! Don't worry, there's a lot of walks on my radar. 😉
And hopefully you'll get down to Tassie soon. 👍
Man your subs are flying along! Gee whiz you’re nearly cracking the tonne

@@lizziel6535 Cradle is a lot easier than Anne - certainly in nice weather anyway.
@@LucasChamberlain Awesome, thanks! Have a nice day :)
