What a wonderful year, Kireth. I sincerely hope that your forward momentum continues, though with such a broad spectrum of the sim. racing community covered within your content, I can legitimately see no reason as to why it should not, 🙌✨️. A very happy new year to you, and huge thanks for your posts over the last year. Like deployed 👍 😎🎙🏎✅️
I would recommend wrapping the grips with tennis tape; they will wear down before the rubber of the wheel and there are different thickness, grip levels and padding available to choose from, to wrap the rim how you'd like!
I own both and i would recommend the SF1000. The hypercar wheel looks fancy and has nice materials, but i think that the grips are too stiff and they are hurting my hands after a while. The SF1000 is the perfect fit for modern race cars like LMDh imo.
Sf1000 is my go to. You need to dial one of the middle nobs right to be able to use secondary paddles for handbrake grid starts. 2 thumb wheel encoders near grips are fuel and BB which is really handy. But i prefer the chrono paddles which are extra. Gear changes are instantly sharp. 👍
I would like to see your opinion on the Evo Racing 32R steering wheel, an interesting proposal from Thrustmaster. What I don't understand is that Thrustmaster markets the Evo Racing Hub but doesn't have any steering wheel to apply to it. Supposedly there should be a formula type steering wheel to apply to this Hub.
I have the TGT, it had the same connection as standard as that F1 wheel, i modded mine for quick release I personally would not purchase any Thrustmaster the warranty is rubbish.
well thats cause you drive gt7.. other sims have brake bias, abs, TC, TC cut and TC slip that can all be adjusted on the fly in the car even with fixed set up races.. the screen is more for people who drive in an f1 style position.. also 65 inch tv means nothing if its a couple metres from your eyes while some one has a 32 inch between their wheel and wheel base
@@awakeandwatching953 I can adjust brake bias, tcm, fuel consumption during race, in many casies tuning has done before race, only rain can be the reason to make changes.
What does it matter, at the end of the day we’re sitting in our homes pretending to be race car drivers ? Makes it a toy regardless of how much your paying for it 😂
@@awakeandwatching953 I couldn’t care less, if the wheel works as it should, Realism only goes so far when your sitting in a bucket seat in your living room 🤷♂️

I returned my SF1000 for the Ferrari 488 wheel, very happy with my decision.
Just received my 488 gt3 wheel today can’t wait to try it out
I like mine. Do you like it?

Nice - any other thoughts after using both?

Wonder if it would be a good wheel for iracing. You need to try Kireth, maybe in combination with the T598.

Does the sf1000 work for the thrustmaster t300 rs on ps4
It works on PS5 with my T598
So it is not compatible with ps4
I don't know for certain bro. I'd suspect it is tbh
Ok thx
Yes, it works for T300 on PS and also TX on Xbox. I own it and I have used it on both console & PC
Are these too heavy for the T598? Will you reduce the feeling of the force feedback?
The Hypercar definitely feels heavier on T598 than the bundled rim! But this also has benefits with oscillation. Pros and cons
They are both Ferrari designs actually. The Hypercar wheel is the Ferrari F80 wheel.
Need to do a driving video with that new wheel. And see if it works on ps5 like ACC or GT7
Hypercar or SF1000?
My opinion, hypercar is good for t818..... sf1000 is good for old base
How come, weight?
SF1000 Wheel = Firmware before Shifters

Damn what happened?
Thrustmaster's best wheel is one you can not buy seperate T-GT / T-GT2 Grrrr
During my GT7 I never look at my DD wheel, only to my 65'' tv , so I don't really understand the hype with " clowns wheels with knobs".

@ Thrustmaster site also have button mapping for GT7 and the rotary dials are mapped for TC, brake bias etc also

Lol, you turn it around and its a complete toy...
