I'm curious how these hold up against the Simjack and Simmson pedals at the same price point build quality seems better but the movement seems more entry level than the Ali Express specials
@ yes (assuming they are still available) that’s $48 (basically $50) for all 3. And an extra $50 for the clutch pedal. This “$200” set is $300 as shown
00:51 i have to hand this to you bro, its been a minute since i watched a video from you. this "in car" review is pretty dope and i never seen someone do this before. good job and good on being innovated.
@OCRacing Yes, and when I tried to purchase it, it told me to go to the official store and I did. Then I searched everywhere in the site but could only find the original HPR.
I have the P500's. There's one Major flaw. The brake pedal elastomer is so small that you have a massive travel with any of the springs before you touch it. A bit of a poor design choice in my opinion. I also have the P1000's. I'm hoping 3D rap can come up with something better.
Are you happy with the P1000’s? I am about to get a new pedal set and I watched every review possible but I still can’t decide. P1000’s are at the top of my list but I’m also intrigued by fanatec CSL elite V2 and the P500’s for the price. I don’t mind paying $500 thought for better pedals as long as they are worth it. They are going in a next level GT Track rig (if it matters what pedals I get to mount to it)
@@jrdwildcat6895 Yes and no with the P1000's. I also bought the brake elastomer kit for them. Overall they are great pedals, very well designed with a lot of adjustability. The main issue I find with the P1000's is the throttle travel is very, very long. Even with the bump stop put all the way up. It's a complaint many have. Not a total deal breaker but yeah my right foot comes off the heal rest sometimes. The brake is very nice with such easy adjustability. The thing I don't like is the size of the elastomers and springs on the P1000 are so tiny. I also have the Heusinkveld sprints and if you compare the elastomers and throttle spring size to the P1000's it's like night and day. Especially the throttle is much much thicker, much better quality spring. I only bought the P1000 because I needed a set that fit on my Playseat challenge better. Other then that, the P1000's will do you well. But if I were you I would be grabbing the VMN Light, or Regular pedals. Those are outstanding. That will be my go to next. Hope this helps a bit, just trying to be honest.
@@jrdwildcat6895 The P1000's are amazing. I have them with haptics on the throttle and brake and the additional elastomer kit. I don't personally have an issue with the throttle travel but that is all preference I guess. I recommend that if you do go with the P1000's to set the brake to the hall effect sensor and set up your elastomers/springs accordingly, I think that is probably one of the best features of them other than the adjustability. I have mine set to be light up until a really hard brake around the 78-80% mark so I can consistently brake without having to think about locking up the wheels. I believe they are so much more superior than Fanatec, the build quality is really nice. I'll be upgrading to a Simagic wheel base later down the road because of it.
Tbh isk about that. I like them but beating the elite v2? Idk dude the elite v2 have a nice stiff brake ans good throttle. This brake is harder to get to feel like a stiffer load cell. But I do like them alot. I do believe that simagic heelrests are way to small. Most angled rigs or budget rigs dont sit flat so at an angle the heels really dont fit. It depends on your rig but wt this price and being a budget srt im guessjng most would use it as one on a budget setup. Thats where a flaw lays.
So the haptics connect to the back of the pedals (that’s the control box). The power supply is not included - I luckily happened to have one that works as it’s a pretty generic cable however.
The cheapest I found in EU (not UK) was 315 Eur with the haptic reactors ordered separately. Not stocked by anyone locally. Perhaps on sale it can compete with the other offerings but right now it's more of an upgrade than comparison. Simagic website has 138 USD delivery expenses so can forget ordering directly. @@guntherlamberts8243 Well I ordered the pedals anyway from DELENordic. The standalone price is 258 EUR with the clutch and free shipping. Did you get the Rumble accessories preinstalled or did you have to buy them?

BTW, the cuts where the camera angle is at you side view including the landscape as you drive by looks so realistic. I thought you were driving a real car outside. Only after I saw "FANATEC" on the base I realised it wasn't in a real car.
The hall effect sensor option is for those who notice elastomer creep with load cell pedals, which I notice and hate. Every repeated brake application is softer with a set pressure applied to the pedal, something that is really annoying to people with real life racing experience. I'm waiting for more companies to embrace progressive linkage pedals with springs over elastomers, but elastomer pedals fitted with hall effect sensors are close second. simagic use of a long spring and short elastomer here seems to be the miss.

The pedals seem small and due to the weird shape of the base plate, the feet are raised so you touch the pedal plates with the center of your feet OR you have to take your feet back an touch only the upper edges of the pedal plates (1:50). Total design fail imho.
I noticed that too, but looks like it's not that bad in reality. his shoes have massive heels that add a lot of length to his feet, that's why pedals looks so small/short. but the pedal faces are angled back way too much, I don't know how much you can adjust it. he needs to retest the pedals with socks

Brake pedal seems very soft and long throw... Perhaps a bit too much to make sense? Almost looks like a pure spring setup. (my CSL Elite v2 seems like they move about a fifth as much!)
These look like a pretty decent Logitech clone in many ways. I'm assuming these allow you to just tap into the power and controller box for the rumble motors. I run the more expensive haptics from some magic and the purchase of the power base and the mounting plus controller box adds up to close to $200 itself.

Still a hard pass on these. Way too soft for my liking and they slot beneath my CSLE-V1 w/LC pedals. I want something that would be a great improvement over my pedals, but I don't want to break the bank.
think need to eq sound a bit better music is loud af and you sound as whispering.
Hey dude, im trying to get into sim racing but the only problem i have is being able to convince my dad. Could u make a video about the Thrustmaster T598 so I can convince him that its a good investment? Thanks and great video ❤
I’ve recently made a review on that wheelbase! You can find it in my channel. I’ve also made a video on how to get into SimRacing with as little as $100. Just have a look around :)
@@OCRacing Okay thanks ❤
As I see, the pedals are extremely small. Just like a child's toy sized pedal. You just pushed the top edge of the pedal plate
it's mostly because he's using running shoes that have big heels
This or simsonn?
Simsonn would be better as they have more adjustability and better feeling brake pedal. These are more entry level whereas the simsonns are more mid-range
Simagic is the best !
