I stayed at Atlantis last year for 10days - really enjoyed it there, great location too, pool is excellent. My only criticism is that there were lots of short term holidaymakers, like us. Not sure I’d like that if I was long term!
The condo is great, great size and good quality. the complex is good as well. but as already mentioned VERY busy and noisy. especially this pool view side. Definitely a go for the condo, but a NO GO for this particular one^^
You can have a nice condo, and enjoy the limited venues around it, but without your own transportation (even a bicycle), you are pretty much screwed here as there is simply no public transportation. (Baht busses are going on the beach road, i know it is now one way and they come back here, but that wont last forever!)
We are staying in building C and can actually see out clothes drying on the balcony. Lol. All units vary as I've seen some here not so great. We have much more storage than that unit shown and pay 20k.
Hi Cooper. I am moving to Thailand in November and wanting to rent a one bedroom or large studio apartment in Jonmtien but I use a wheelchair. Could you help me please and see if you could find or recommend somewhere that would suit the wheelchair. Many thanks in advance Keith
I just spent 4 weeks in Jomtein back in April-May and loved the area. On my next trip, I plan on staying in Pratumnak for at least a month to gauge the differences. My initial impression is that Jomtein has greater beach access, which was awesome. Especially for early morning walks. And the beachside restaurants, cafes, etc. were great to have easy access to. The Jomtien Night Market and Rompoh markets were a huge plus as well. Right now, the only pluses I see in Pratumnak is that it is closer to Pattaya, and it feels a little more bustling with the shops, etc.
Wow Beautiful condo...❤❤
Love the counter space! Important for people who like to cook

Hopefully that will last and they keep beach road as a one way street like Pattaya

Hope you will return and show the one bedroom apartment.
Good Job buddy. cheers
