    Just after warranty ends. My envy 360 touchscreen stopped working. It is not even shown in the diagnostic. It is not possible to calibrate in windows this option has also vanished. What is going on? Windows deleted previous drivers which works perfectly - after update there is no way back. Good job HP and microsoft!!!

      @@HPSupport oh yes now even touchpad... I give up for trying to fix it. It just takes too much time of my life. I will reinstall new system and sell this notebook and never buy anything from HP again. this is the only solution sorry but after warranty expires you dont give us support on drivers - boo you

    my touchscreen just responds innacurately like when i touch one place it registers the unput somewhere else. And when i did the diagnostic tests the touch was inverted meaning when i touched the top of my screen it registered the touch as at the bottom. how do i fix this.

    It's not just my touchscreen my display for example when I start it up or charge it sometimes and I turn it on when I move my cursor a black screen keeps appearing and blinks sometimes and I try everything but still doesn't work pleas help me

    The touch screen doesn't work correctly when the laptop is charging and in desktop mode. But when I turn the screen and put it in tablet mode it's working normally even while charging.
    But when I unplug it the touch screen just works normally no matter the position of the screen

    My windows ten hp computer has a 20 touch support points but I can't use that function . please help guys

      Step 2. Select the product type.
      Step 3. Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
      Step 4. Select the country from the drop-down.
      Step 5. You should see the HP phone support number.

    So one day my battery was low and the touch screen on my hp elitebook 840 g5 started working again! As soon as I plugged in the charger it stopped working. 😅😅😅😅😅
