I have now put together in one video the total body workout. This is an alternative to Bodypump which is low impact strength workout.

Workout: Low impact strength alternative to Bodypump
Time: 57 minutes approx
Equipment: Barbell alternative dumbbell
Level: all levels welcome including beginners
Target: total body muscle
Intro ⏰0:07
Warmup ⏰ 1:27
Light bar or 2 x light dumbbells
Tricep ⏰ 7:27
Light bar or 2 x light dumbbells and 1 single plate (keep warmup weight)
Bicep ⏰ 13:30
2 x medium plates or dumbbell (keep warmup weight)
Squat ⏰ 19:36
Heavy barbell ideally 2 to 3 more than warm up weight unless new starter doublle up warmup weight
Chest ⏰ 25:48
Medium to light barbell ideally 1/3 off squat weight and 2 x medium plates for beginners suggestion warmup weights
Back ⏰ 33:11
Medium to slightly heavy can be Same as cheat wright for the new starters perhaps warmup weight.
Lunge ⏰ 39:08
Warmup weight on bar or 1 x medium plate beginners option bodyweight
Shoulder ⏰44:43
Can be same as chest weight on bar and 2 x small to medium plates for beginners maybe warmup weight
