Hi Mitch, not sure if you'd be interested or if anyone has mentioned before, but after watching a few videos I had an idea. While removing items from a customer's car instead of using plastic bags to return them, you could use fabric bags (like the ones for groceries) and put your logo on them. I doubt you have trouble finding clients, but it could generate more business in your area and double as a "gift" to the customer. Just a thought :) And congrats on the new studio! Can't wait to see the the first car detailed there.

The condition, distance, and being sold at auction all reinforce the "used for something illegal in a previous life" thoughts I had at the preview post. The new owner is giving the car a new life, whether keeping or reselling. This detail is the best start to that.

When I was 14 years old, my dad lost his insurance business due to unforeseen and terrible circumstances. My parents had to file for bankruptcy. We lost our home (which was not fancy at all - it was a 1969 ranch house). Our cars were repossessed. My family never did anything illegal and we are not gross. But plenty of people are like you and they treated us like we were gross and stupid. It was painful. My mom kept a clean house and my dad kept the cars clean. My dad later filed for divorce from my mom.
We are people who had hard circumstances, not people who dealt in illegal things.
Bad things DO happen to good people. Life’s not so simple as only bad things happen to bad people.

And I honestly wish my customers cars where a lot dirtier. I have noticed you have not done any really old cars. I just detailed a car the other day, and the battery died on me midway through, which has never happened to me before. I had turned off the door lights and stuff, so it must have been a draw or bad battery. Anyways, I used a trickle charger and that allowed me to use all the electronics in the vehicle for seats and stuff, and it started right up when I finished. Definitely recommend having one on hand

Maybe you're right , but 1 detail a week can't be much money for a business. Doesn't it seem like average details take 8 to 10 hours

@@korn2783 he doesn’t need to do many details. Id imagine he charges a lot but he makes a lot of money selling detail supplies and money from youtube. Id imagine he does a couple a week to get footage for videos.

Hey, Mitch, subscriber from New Mexico here. I can confirm people here do not take care of their vehicles. Used cars here are usually trashed, people don’t take pride in their belongings here.

I hate to say it, but this looks like a before and after of my camaro after my husband drives it to work for a couple months. He's an HEO. I spent my entire weekend making it look like a new car again.

Question..: Do you use a two bucket method (like you do for the wash mitts) for your brushes when going around the car?

Nice work! The carpet would've gotten a darker clean crisp look if you would've spent a little more time getting all the sand embedded bro. Other than that good work!

Living out in the desert there are sand storms, blistering heat can't blame the pervious owner. Have yet to find a vehicle to hold up to terrains let alone a vaccume to clean all the dirt.

This car was identical to my last leased company car before I retired…I considered buying it as it had very low mileage but opted for a 2015 Lexus ES350 instead.
