HERE WE USING OUR NEWLY MODIFIED SCREENERS TO SORT OUT A PILE OF SKIP WASTE ,WE ARE USING A CONVEYOR WHICH CATCHES THE SOIL FROM A REMOVABLE HOPPER.THE SCREENER IS MAKING GOOD QUALITY SUBSOIL AND IF WE SCREEN IT SMALLER IT WILL BE SOLD AS A QUALITY TOP SOIL.
THE RUBBLE PRODUCT IN THE YELLOW SKIP WILL BE CRUSHED AS HARDCORE ,BOTH END PRODUCTS EASILY SELLABLE.
SO EVERY ONES HAPPY ,BEEN PAID TO TAKE IT AWAY AND END UP WITH TWO SELLABLE PRODUCTS AS WELL AND NO LANDFILL AS WELL ,HAPPY DAYS!

Where do you get your springs can you share the manufacture and part no. I have built a copy that works well but the

10 to 15 tonne an hour easy even more with bigger mesh ! Just don't screen when wet go and do something else and that applies to nearly all screeners,dont screen in the wet waste of time!
